Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I’ve been with them for 14 years now. Never missed a payment up until 8 weeks ago. I’ve hit rock bottom. Lost my job due to the covid pandemic. Called and explained that they would have to wait until the middle of November to get the last payment of £110. Everything was fine and they left me alone for a week, but from then I’ve had nothing but harassment. Demanding text, calls and emails. I simply can’t afford it now my circumstances have changed. They wouldn’t even budge when I asked if I could pay a lower rate, but for longer. My stress levels, anxiety and blood pressure are through the roof.

Not very happy with company been with them years not missed 1 payment and went on portal to do loan and failed saying I didn't meet criteria can't understand this as nothing has changed I certainly didn't think I would have a problem I emailed company no reply
