Move date was on Monday 6th April, where we travelled from London NW1 to Edinburgh EH4, my family had alot of items Full living room (sofa, TV , coffee table) + bedroom (bed frame, mattress, drawers, bedside tables).
The team came on Sunday 5th April – a full day early – to wrap all our furniture and boxes. That meant on Monday morning we could get an early start just as we’d requested. No rushing, no delays.

On the day:

· Loaded quickly in London because everything was already wrapped
· All furniture protected – sofa and mattress covered, wooden items padded
· Disassembled and reassembled the bed frame without being asked
· Long drive to Edinburgh with delivery within the promised window
· No damage to a single item
· Final price matched the quote exactly

Verdict: A company that actually listens. Going out of their way to pre-wrap for an early start is rare. Highly recommend for London–Scotland moves.

He picked up my item carefully from the pickup location, making sure everything was handled with care. Once he arrived at my home, he didn’t just drop it off he actually helped bring it right into my home, which I really appreciated His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Efficient, fairly prices and just lovely!

We have used Nayu Removals for over three years for our large work events, where resources of all sizes are moved from our storage unit to the venue, and then returned at the end of the event.

The team are amazing and their support makes this process smoother and incredible stress-free. They are so flexible and are able to work around have very specific and often unconventional needs, including working over bank holidays.
