This is my 2nd order and I was happy with the quality of my 1st order. I've received my 2nd order, and my outfit is again good quality and very well made. I received plenty compliments for my dress and I know I'll get even more compliments on my jumpsuit. This outfit makes me feel very original.

These dresses fit so well, look exactly as they do on the website.
Always prompt delivery and easy exchange or refund.

Ordered a beautiful dress however was unbelievably long and I am 5ft 6in tall, I sent it back for a refund, recieved no communication from them dispute multiple emails, I recieved no refund and lost £79!!! It’s been well over a whole month since they received the item back! I am going to take this further!

SCAMMERS!! Promised a refund on 2nd March and still not had it, despite chasing numerous times!

Lovely dresses but still waiting on my refund for the ones I sent back under signed for delivery.

Ordered with next day delivery. I recieved it 4 days later and had to collect it which wasn’t what I paid for! Emailed Nazz about it and have just been ignored. Not impressed at all!

Disgusting customer service. These people are scammers. I returned an item back in December, unworn with a the security tag attached. They are claiming the dress has been worn…. How could I possibly wear the dress with the security tag still attached? We’re in March now, and they’re refusing a refund. They’re ignoring my emails (I have sent about 30 now). I’ve been scammed out of £89, because they’re also keeping my dress. They have caused me so much stress and they do not care about their customers. Please do not order from here, I don’t know how this company is still running. Really upsetting experience.

I’m happy you have refunded me, when I emailed and attached Photos of the dress material scratching my skin quite badly, honestly there was so concern or empathy? It was just very defensive and not very concerned maybe be a little more understanding of what happened to me would have been nice.

Cheap made nothing like picture and return policy crap

I ordered a dress last minute for a gala evening. Dress arrived ASAP the next day. It fit like a glove, comfy material with plenty of stretch for the figure and dancing. Had so many compliments on the style and cut. Amazing quality, would definitely recommend Nazz to a friend or anyone looking for a showstopping dress.
