Okay, so I seen a lot of people buying from this website and I thought they must be legit, I was COMPLETELY WRONG! Let me tell you my story,
(BTW I purchased nba 2k20 mt) So I made my purchase, waited 30 minutes because that is what every other website considers slow delivery and in their description of their website they have fast deliver, after 30mins I am kinda pissed, but I thought maybe they are just having a busy day. After an hour I contacted customer service and they said within 2-4 hours my product will be delivered. Now I was really mad, but waited the 4 hours. I then contacted customer support again and they PROMISED me if I would wait 1 more hour my product would be delivered, can you guess what happened? I waited an hour and 30mins, product was not delivered. I contacted customer service again and they said that I would have to wait at least 3 more hours then it would be delivered, this went on again and again and again until it had been a full 24hrs and the auction I listed ended. I then asked for a refund and they said they would give it to me but it would take at least 3 days, so I opened a dispute on paypal demanding either a refund or the product I purchased. Guess what, on the paypal dispute they didn't respond to any messages I sent and when I went on customer service they said if I wanted a refund or my product I would have to cancel the dispute! When I said the could simply refund my money through the dispute but they said they wouldn't, so I looked into this. Once you open a dispute against a seller and close one you cannot open a dispute against them for the same reason again, I opened a dispute for not receiving my item, if I were to close it the only other dispute I would be able to open is if my account was hacked or if they charged me more than promised which neither of them applied. This company was trying to make me close my dispute so I could not re-open one against them, when I confronted them on chat support they just ignored me, I have been trying to contact them but they have not responded, this website is a scam and never buy from it.

The last two orders I placed were not delivered The website claims one was when I can clearly proof and have proved that it was not. Seller refused to deliver items unless PayPal resolution was canceled this leaves the buyer liable to lose money and the item never do this. Look for another seller avoid getting scammed.

waste of money and time

bought a 2000k nba live mobile account, gave them all my info and got locked out of my facebook account, then had my order "delayed" out of no where. i talked to the some of the customer support people, they took way too long to respond and were not helpful at all

I bought the 1000k coins delivered to my account and gave them my facebook login as asked. The customer service people were god awfully slow and could barely speak english. I did everything in the instructions, paid them, and still haven't gotten what I paid for and it's been a day. Don't buy

I had a horrible experience. Too bad I couldn't give zero stars. Customer service was horrible. They weren't humans, just bots and they don't answer your questions. If they do, they take hours to respond. They claim to complete your order in 45 mins, They never completed my order and had to get a refund through PayPal.
