Received the wrong item

Order got sent to me in the wrong color. I let them know and they told me to send it back. When I received the replacement jersey, it was still the wrong color. Couldn’t send the one I ordered.

Design, Quality, Customer Service

Big mistake, I didn’t read reviews prior to purchase! Stylist design and Mediocre quality with HORRIBLE customer service!!
I received text that t-shirt was delivered but not to my address; package picture delivery depicted another address. NBA customer service is only reached by text, no live representative. Once explained I never received package, I was told I had to contact the delivery company, OnTrac, which also only communicates via text but worst via virtual assistant. I was never able to make headway. The next day luckily for me, my neighbor who received package, gave it to me. The product it’s not worth it – stay away from this company.

Don’t ever buy from them

Don’t ever buy from them. They will make you pay for shipping on an item that has incorrect sizing. Then they will charge you a return fee bc they don’t do exchange. But the kicker is they will purposely give the return as a e-gift card trapping your money. Only from them to charge you shipping again when you have to order another item. Crooks that’s what they are. Surprised the nba allows them to run their merchandise.

Refuse to exchange

I drove an hour to get to the NBA store in Mall of America for an exchange I had purchased two days prior. When I got there, the one and only size in the store that I needed for the jersey I was exchanging happened to be on a mannequin. When I spoke to the manager and Explained that that was the last jersey in the store and it was the size that I needed for my exchange, he said “ I’m NOT taking that jersey off the mannequin, I’ll just give you a refund.” I told him that I did not want the refund. I really wanted the jersey, and his response was. “ No, I’m not doing that. I’ll give you your money back.” I said You would rather miss out on a $350 sale versus providing good customer service? He gave no response. I left the store so outraged, I have never had a customer experience this bad! I drove out of my way for something that was supposed to be a special gift and exciting, this was the only store in the whole mall that had the item that I was looking for, and he was not willing to let me exchange. I am an NBA fanatic and I refuse to ever shop at that store again ! I asked another member as I was exiting and I believe the man was the GM and his name was Andrew! Another man said his name was BO. Either way he needs to improve his people skills and shouldn’t be working in sales!!!

I don't understand how you can do this…

I don't understand how you can do this sort of thing to customers ... silly me I did it one more time trying to buy online from them for my Grandson birthday present weeks and weeks in advance and promised delivery date two weeks before his birthday. When I checked with a phone call (like last time I tried to buy something) I was told the shipper you use hasn't updated their tracking and "Do I want a refund"? Well...no...I wanted his Jersey but alas Di-ck's Sporting goods gift card did the trick. I would have expected at least some kind of apology and concessions but no.

Obviously scam

Obviously scam! The OKC SGA blue jersey is sold out in every possible store around the world. But on this page, every size is available and for half the prize anywhere else.
What makes it a guaranteed scam site is that they don't have Paypal possible, cause then they couldn't just cheat people for money never sending a product. Disgusting! Avoid these sites, no matter how desperate you want something,

I ordered a jacket on 5/30 and was told…

I ordered a jacket on 5/30 and was told would not ship for awhile, then ordered two more jackets and shirts which shipped right away, today i called regarding first jacket i ordered and was told would not ship until 6/20. I asked to cancel my order and was told by rep. it would be cancelled since it has not yet shipped and i would get an email. 10 minutes later get an email not that it has been cancelled but that it had just shipped. How can two reps. working for same company have different information. Because they don't want you to return anything this is a scam. Update 06/11/2025 the UPS tracker still says they do not have possession of my jacket which means they just printed the label to show it was shipped so they could deny my request to cancel my order that had not yet even been processed according to the first rep. I talked to.

These one star reviews had me stressing…

These one star reviews had me stressing I cant lie, but I took the risk. I live in NZ and it shipped from England and it only took just under two weeks. I bought an OKC city edition singlet and its perfect in every way. The reason I beleive these reviews are so negative is becuase some sellers the shop buy from may be sketchy as well as the courier service in theri area being useless as well which isnt the NBA stores fault. Overall 10/10 but dont take my word for it as I could have got lucky who knows.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I ordered two different jerseys and have received multiple emails with delayed dates and they will not allow me to cancel and get my money back even though the email said to contact to cancel!

NBA Store free shipping is a SCAM!

i bought a Jimmy Butler Jersey, the only option i had was to use their "free shipping" once they applied their free shipping, my delivery date jumped from arpil 7th-9th all the way to april 18th-24th thats a huge jump for absolutely no reason. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM NBA STORE ever again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered a Pippen jersey and it was never delivered to my house and the carrier they are partnering with, ONTRAC, lied saying they attempted to deliver but never did. The item was immediately put in the process to be returned to NBA (15 minutes after “delivery attempt”) and for this reason I have to wait for a refund which can take 3-10 business days. The phone agent Marjorie thought it was a laughable moment because I expressed my frustration and stated I would never shop here again. Other businesses would normally reach out to the carrier to try and resolve the issue but not this company. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Scam product, poor customer service, delayed shipping, I could go on...

I received an item that took a month to ship. My daughter wore it one time and all of the writing on the jersey stuck together and peeled off. This was an over $100 Michael Jordan jersey and now it's unwearable, it's stuck together and peeled. I asked for a simple replacement, but since it's past the 45 days, they won't do that. I delayed giving it to my daughter because it took so long to ship that instead of Christmas, I gave it to her for her birthday. She owns a dozen jerseys and this is the only one that has ever done anything like this - it is clearly a scam product and not legit. I so wish I read these reviews before buying from this company!

Scammed

Should have looked at everyone's reviews on this site before ordering from this scam site. Ordered a Jersey for $102.98 and earned apparently FanCash of $1.00 on Nov. 3rd. Site said my item shipped on November 5th with an estimated arrival of Nov. 8 - November 14. I was asked to share feedback on Nov. 20th about an item I never received. I called on Nov. 29th, and got a hold of someone and I couldn't hear her because it was so loud in the background. She moved somewhere else quiet so I could hear her. She eventually said she could give me a partial refund of $2.99 & $15.00 and still ship my jersey in 7 business days. What is a partial refund? Sounded like a damn scammer call center overseas. I never received this order and it is March 21st 2025. Want other people to know not to buy from this site. Definitely going to Trustpilot or other review sites in the future.

These people are total idiots!

These people are total idiots. I tried to place an order and my credit card is denied. I called my credit card company who assured me all is well and said the problem is with NBA website. I talked to someone at NBA Customer Service who could not understand English and got nowhere with them. I escalated to a supervisor (who was very nice) and who assured me he fixed the problem. It wasn't. Why would you give a company like this your money??!!! Do not deal with this company. A total nightmare. I have wasted hours trying to sort this through. I am just disappointed I couldn't order my merchandise. I have wasted enough of my time.

Fanatics, slogan: how to piss someone off so fast.

Hello, I am a fellow middle eastern who tried to buy a jersey of the Cavs and nets. Just like an ordinary fan does. But the service in fanatics is horrible. First my order gets cancelled on two different accounts because I tried twice and encountered the same issue twice. It told me it had an “unexpected error” when my order processed but still no evident reason to the cancellation. After it gets cancelled it logs me out and even with the right details I cant sign back in. The website is rubbish and service is worse it tells me to contact two numbers both I cant because 1. not on WhatsApp 2. Can’t make international calls, Fanatics have no thought to their fans

Terrible Business

I recently ordered a Sweat shirt from the NBA store for a Christmas gift. The order was placed online on Dec 8th. I got several emails saying it would be delayed, delayed, delayed and then I got a notice that said, "Package Can't be Delivered." It was 1 of 2 package. First one was delivered. Then recently got the notice stating it was returned. (Not by me it was never received). Here's the kicker, it was well after Christmas and they refunded me $100 for a shirt I paid $109 + tax for. Bad business!

Terrible customer service and company

I'd give 0 stars, if possible. Ordered a jersey in early December. The delivery window's latest delivery date was 12/22. I recieved an email on Dec 20 with the new delivery window was 12/26-1/3. I immediately contacted the company to cancel, but was told that it was too late as it had been assigned to a warehouse. Still haven't recieved it and contacted the company again and was told as "a courtesy" they would refund the shipping cost, but I have to give it to Jan 5 for a refund it it hasn't arrived.

We bought a basketball that seemed good quality and a decent price for $40.

When we returned to France, we inflated it and each time it deflated immediately.

We sent an email but never received any response from them...
