Pricing/Availability
Most of the jerseys I wanted to buy were not available in the sizes I needed. But what was more frustrating is that I ordered youth jerseys, & all 4 of them were more expensive than the adult ones of the exact same jersey. Every other retailer has the youth ones at least $20-$30 less than the adults.

I liked my first order but
I liked my first order. The second one was a mess. The print had flaws so I returned it to get a new one. It took several weeks until I got it. The customer service was good. The faulty print, order went missing and whole duration until I got it was bad for a brand like NBA.

My go to for Celtics gear!!!
This was my 3rd order with The NBA Europe store and won't be my last. It is so much easier than having to use the Celtics store and cuts out delivery times & fees. The latest merch matches the release time in America, so you can get the latest trends. I'm really pleased with my new hardcourt classics varsity jacket. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I would say to anyone complaining about items sent from the states to just wait it out, things on average can take up to a fortnight to arrive, trust me I know!!!

Worst Customer Service
Product was delivered but did Not fit. When trying to give it back to buy in another size the online Return did Not work. After trying to reach out to Customer service multiple times without reaching anybody I gave up. Will never Order again.
