I was greeted by Vanessa and she was great to me and my daughter. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Great service and very happy!
Marina was extremely helpful when we were choosing our sofa. She explained the different fabric options and gave great advice on colours that would suit our living room. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout. Thank you, Marina!

Went in for a dining table and chairs. Vanessa was brilliant in the bristol store. Very helpful and friendly. Sorted in less than 10 minutes.
Mark in the Bristol store was an excellent help at helping me decide which sofa to get! The whole ordering process was quick and seamless.

Staff at the Bristol store are amazing very helpful.
We ordered a leather chair cost was approximately £1000.
We had a 3 month wait but were happy to wait.
Delivery day came , and it turned out there delivery company for us was furdeco
That’s when everything went wrong, they unpacked our chair in the road and in doing so damaged the leather on two lower corners.
So very unhappy, and they were dreadful they got the chair in and were gone.
LCF offered to repair the chair, or have a £69 pounds refund and live with it.
I didn’t pay £1000 pounds for a chair to be damaged and then repaired at my address.
I said I wanted a new chair, and when they delivered the new chair they could take the damaged one back.
They would not do that.
I would advise everyone,NOT to buy from LCF Living at cribbs causeway as there after sales are disastrous and they will want to repair any damage done on delivery.
Be warned.
Again staff at the shop were great.

Abbie came encouraged me to actually lie on the beds and physically try them so I went round and tried them all and made a decision on a mattress that I ended up absolutely loving!! Perfect customer service

If I could this company 0 stars, I would.
I was encouraged by the salesman to write a 5-star review before receiving the bed – now I understand why. Once you leave the store, the customer service becomes outrageously awful. I have genuinely never experienced anything like it.
The bed arrived broken. Even the delivery men (who were supposed to assemble it) advised me not to accept it in that condition. This also made me worry about how easily the bed could break in the future – if it couldn't even survive transit.
I had already given away my old bed, so we are now left with nowhere to sleep. I explained this to customer service, but they showed zero empathy - just read from a script. They implied I was wrong for refusing a broken bed.
They are also refusing to let me cancel the order until a "full inspection" is done, which could take over 2 weeks. The inspection is entirely at their discretion, and they warned that if they decide it isn't a manufacturing fault, I could be left with nothing. It isn’t even an option to receive a new bed at the moment! They will only deliver the faulty bed.
Avoid this company unless you want to be left without a bed and treated like a liar.
Still waiting for a refund.

Terrible company with horrific customer service. Bed was delivered damaged and they are telling us we are not entitled to a refund. I now don't have a bed to sleep in. Avoid this company at all costs. As soon as they have taken your money they are horrific.
