How to treat your custumers

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased an expensive sofa that was delivered round 1 month and the quality is shocking. Poorly filled cushions, hanging threads and in addition the sofa was not fitted (as paid for). Customer service in store at NCF is shocking and I am still chasing dates for techinical review by the manufacturer.
The quality of the sofa is very poor and this needs corrected for the price I have paid!!!!
If I do not receive correction I will be taking legal advice.

Appreciate the response. However I would like to point out that it took me to travel a long distance to go to the store 1 week after i raised the initial complaint (this exceeds your customer service policy).
I am devastated at spending £2.5k of my hard earned savings on this sofa. This is a huge amount of money for me.
As you would expect, I will update my review, here on Trustpilot upon resolution of this, quite significant matter.
