I am writing this because I am really upset. I put than eighty thousand dollars into nChain and I lost everything. Now I think nChain tricked me into giving them my money. At first nChain seemed like a company I could trust. They had a website. Their people called and messaged me all the time. Everything seemed fine.
Then things changed when I tried to get my money from nChain. I asked for my money. Waited for weeks but all I got were excuses from nChain. Then nChain stopped talking to me. My online account still showed all my money with nChain. I could not get any of it back. It felt like nChain was doing this on purpose and would not give me my money.
I did everything nChain told me to do. I did all the checks. Sent them my ID. I confirmed my details times with nChain. Still nothing happened. It was clear that no one at nChain wanted to help me with nChain. Then I found out that many people had the problem with nChain. They took their money. Made it very hard for them to get it back from nChain.
