Ms. Shannon Hymas was personable. Ms. Shannon tracked my history with NCH and found some documents I had not follow-through on, and guided my completion of each document, patiently, attentively, and respectfully. I was treated as an individual (not as a number to get through). Ms. Shannon is pleasant to work with. A personal touch to her interactions with you; not a machine approach. Ms. Shannon utilized numerous tools and resources to identify property parcel assessment numbers to complete my documents. I will welcome her insights in future contacts and interactions. (Gregory)

I met with Luis a few days ago and he took the time to break every single thing down and repeat it as many times as I needed to understand. He was patient, professional, even ENCOURAGING! He is the 2nd person I’ve spoken to at NCH that stated they LOVE their job! And it SHOWS! Adam (that genius!) gave tirelessly of his time and earned my trust and then I met Luis. Sorry I can’t name you all, but your dedication to helping me SEALED the deal. It’s a rare thing in this world to have customer service like I have received from multiple people at NCH. These folks know their stuff of course, but the amazing thing is, they know MY stuff AND can explain it in a way that enables me to make sense of it. NO small feat since it’s so new to me. And as if all of the help I’ve received isn’t a big enough shout out for these guys, Luis stayed well past his off time to help me finish up. I’ll be referring all my business associates to THIS company due to their knowledge, but add to that the friendliest, most supportive people to the mix and it makes it a MUST to share!
