Honest service provided. Paid £70 for a mobile mechanic to come out & not do anything except tell me I needed a new bonnet release cable. NCR saw me straight away & showed me that I didn't need a new cable & fixed the issue immediately. Too many mechanics take advantage especially of females but NCR are honest & professional.
They came to collect our vehicle with a friendly team member. They informed us of anything they found well they had our vehicle. An when it came to collection our car was very well taken care of

This is the second time I've used this garage and they can't do enough for you, my car came back like brand new , so fixed, replaced and clean , I had regular updates and they all was so helpfull , they even dropped my car off for me , I'm so pleased they fixed my car , I thankyou all so much , recommended to all

Excellent service from these guys, who honoured a lifetime guarantee for an accident repair performed four years previously in the Newbury shop. Some issue with the paint used meant it wore through and in places flaked, but on photo evidence alone, they didn’t even quibble – the car was picked up and returned with a complete respray of the whole job, and got the paint manufacturer investigating.
The whole team have been more than helpful and communication regarding what stage the repair was at was second to none. In all seriousness you couldn't have asked for better service.
