Excellent product. Delivery was very fast.

Easy to order, what I wanted, good quality and speedy delivery

We really appreciated NCT sending out a sample tile for free. The Tiles we choose were fair price and the delivery was in good time.
Overall how online purchasing should be.

The products are excellent quality, the customer service is inefficient
Most time in shops they don’t know if they have stock or not, they have to go and check
Their computer system doesn’t quite seem to know what is where
The deliveries give 3-5 days , but nearer the time you can’t check for any more time/day precision
And they will deliver every single order on one palet , even if it’s just two boxes of tiles
The wastage is huge and that makes one understand the expensive delivery fees

So you can go in shop because it takes ages to find out if things are there or not

Or you pay minimum 55 quid to get a box or two of tiles delivered in a big palet

They really need better systems / processes

This is the second time I’ve used this company .Best price I could find for my Farrow & Ball paint & fast delivery. Kept me up to date with the delivery time.

Very helpful from start to finish very happy

Ordered Symphony crackle gloss tiles online. 87 tiles in total. Mix of Honey and Mustard colours, to tile around a fireplace. They arrived within a few days, well packaged, zero breakages. Great.

First time we went into hedge end store Southampton we were welcomed by a member of staff named bubba he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us nothing was to much trouble he was very friendly and even offered us coffee would recommend nc tiles

Its been 12 days since we placed our order and still no delivery

Great Little Green Paint offered and delivered for a very good price.
But following payment acknowledgement - I had no delivery info and had to chase a week later.
Delivered direct from Little Green which is fine, but communication should have been provided nevertheless - not used as an excuse...

Product arrived earlier than stated.

Was sent a sample tile which matched mine only needed a small batch to replace some broken ones they must have split a box and sent what I needed promptly and we'll packaged couldn't fault them

The service in the swansea branch was excellent, I'm currently renovating a property which is very stressful, but Alex, Nathan, Cai and Jordan made the experience easy, painless and straight forward. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Delivery not made, when requested where delivery was told not in stock, so requested a refund and no response.

My purchase came very quick and very well packaged no chips or cracks and the tiles were a perfect match to my old ones very happy thank you

The tiles themselves are lovely. However the customer service and returns policy are dreadful. If you want to return something you are abandoned to your own devices, having to find a courier and discovering they all charge more than what we’d paid for the tiles themselves. Also the couriers who delivered both times were uncourteous and expected us to carry the tiles in from the street. This company needs to get their act together. There are plenty out there who are doing a much better job.
