For days, I have been trying to get NDAX to either unlock my account or return my money - all my requests have been ignored. In November I had no problem transferring ETH to another wallet. Now my account has been locked for attempting transfers to the same account. BTW - I tried to wire money from RBC to NDAX but the Fraud Department would not approve the transfer. Thank God, or that would probably be locked too. "Canada's number one/most trusted bitcoin platform". Google it.

*Update*
After Ndax took the time to investigate my matter further, I'm happy to report that they restored my full confidence in their exchange which drove me to initially sign up and invest via their platform back in 2019. They Responded how i believe they should when taking into consideration their fudiciary responsibilities. Ndax will continue to have my business as long as they remain honest and provide excellent customer service as they have now shown with out a doubt by rectifying the issue at hand.

Been using Ndax since 2019. Referred a lot of friends and family members, like their UI. Deposits are quick.
never had any issue since then until the very beginning of this year.

My email go hacked. Someone claimed to be from ndax saying that they locked my account and to give them my codes to get in to verify it was me to unlock account.. I Emailed Ndax from my account as at that time i didn't realize the hack had happened until after request my password and 2fa to be reset was done. A follow up email from ndax came through saying they can't cancel the 2fa reset that was approved. (Thats when i knew my email had been hacked). i did not request for the reset of 2fa that i made to be cancelled. I notified Ndax that my email account had been hacked and to lock my account to make sure no activity could occur until i speak to them on the phone. They called a day or 2 later. Rob from customer support confirmed over the phone that once unlock happens that no withdrawals can be made for 48hrs and also my account will be on "Restricted" mode (Deposits and trades only) No withdrawals. Proceeded to have account unlocked while on the phone with Rob from support. Everything in my account looked exactly as i left it 2 days prior. Re enabled 2fa logged back into account to make sure login works hung up with Rob from support...
everything was great... Until It wasn't. As i was just about to log out i was in one of my wallets and the balance of that wallet went to 0. Thinking it was a glitch logged out and in. still showed 0. Went to transactions and withdrawals and it shows that my balance had just been withdrawn right as i was in my account as i saw it go to 0. called Rob on the number he had called me from and had to leave a message as no answer. logged a ticket report in the system via account and received a reply msg from Rob from support saying "Sorry for the Inconvenience, Will have securities team to look into it, Pls wait for email from securities team".

6 days have gone by.. Not a single word. Sent multiple emails and left voice messages... Not even 1 reply.

This was a lot of money that has just been taken from my account. Very Disappointed right now to say the least.

If anyone here has had any issues like this in the past with ndax, contact me via my email. I'd like to hear from you.

Customer support is a joke. I got 2 withdrawals for $1500 stuck in the "Admin Processing" stage (USDC BEP20) and never got any response from their team about the reasons. Their phone number doesn't work; it's just a robot collector of your personal info. Never call back, as promised.

Chat support answers once an hour and never says anything adequate. I asked them "to cancel the order," and they answered, "We will notify you by email once your order has been processed." They don't even try to listen.

Once we resolve the issue with these withdrawals, I'm out of there.

I have been buying crypto through NDAX for 3 years now. They have been a solid exchange in the time I've been with them, sending out notifications when necessary and providing quality customer service.

I am very pleased to have an exchange as local as my home province, Alberta.

Extremely happy with NDAX. I have tried all Candian exchanges and I can confirm without hesitation that NDAX is in the top 2 of the ones I use. Their spreads are very good, fees are competive and customer service is the best of any Canadian exchange I have used. Quick and savvy staff (even during peak times when crypto is in bull market etc).

These people bend over backwards to help this old fellow. They never lost there cool with me. And were able to solve my problem in no time. The only thing was the waiting period for my funds was kind of long. But not really there fault. There very smart and know what there doing. Keep up the great work your doing.by watching out for us little guys and gals.

I used Ndax for many years, buying and cashing out crypto have been easy and fast (24h to move cad funds, minutes to move crypto). I had 2 or 3 minor issues over the year but customer service took care of it in a timely fashion. I wish they had futures trading but Canadian law wont allow it.

Straightforward and user-friendly, with the flexibility to withdraw at any time. I've encountered no issues so far. While the trading function operates smoothly, I find the fees a bit high for short trading, hence the four-star rating. Nonetheless, it's an excellent platform, particularly for Canadians, especially given the recent regulatory challenges faced by other exchanges in the country.

My honest experience with NDAX exchange for the last 3 years. The safeties exchange in Canada . Good customer service! It's offer staking. Low fees, trustful.

I have been using NDAX for a year and a half. It's a great platform to trade (or to accumulate) crypto. The lowest fees. I never had a problem to send crypto (within minutes it's done) or to have a wire transfert to my bank (deposit the same day in my bank account). I highly recommend NDAX. Very safe!

Being somewhat new to crypto, I feel Ndax is very easy to use and transactions have been smooth and quick. They few times I have reached out for help, they have been quick to answer. I highly recommend Ndax

I'm an inexperienced Crypto guy. Been using NDAX to invest in 6 different coins/tokens for about a year now. They're legit and follow all of Canada's banking rules. Can be a bit slow to start because of that.
Their system is mostly easy to use for newbies for basic stuff, I haven't tried staking or much trading yet. Fees are fair, although I still don't like paying them just to transfer BTC to my cold wallet.
I've physically visited their office to ensure they're *real*. They communicate regularly with me to keep me up to date and don't appear *scammy* or anything like that. I'm trusting them.
