I talked with customer service and very fast and professional, highly recommend NDAX for crypto trading :)

Sales keeps calling me to explain platform and how I can utitilize my $250 investment I made a couple of years ago. I felt I was scammed and said no to everything he was offering me. I was polite and he hung up on me. Obviously a scam. Other companies would say thank you for your time and not hang up

Been with NDAX for more than a year now. Very satisfied with everything, especially customer support, transfers, deposits and withdrawals.

Ndax has been the best exchange I have tried in Canada. Other I tried like NC and BB, I have to run away fast but am enjoying NDAX and no issues

I really compare the commission costs vs Coinbase and Coinbase is much better. BUT the worst of all is that once you create your account it does not allow you to delete it, I tried many times as specified by support and it does not allow you to close your account. Now I am worried about all my personal information on that platform.

The posted fees are lower than what I have used so I decided to open an account. Before I transfer money into my account, I read those reviews and decided not to use it because so many low score review. Today I decided to close my account but could not. After input the 2FA code, the website just does not response, the function is not working. Tried 3 different browsers on 2 computers, none worked. Reasonably doubt about the credibility of the exchange if you could not easily close your account, can you trust it? Yes, I did get a ticket. Don't bother, luckily I did not deposit money.

I've been using NDAX since 2020. I've always been impressed by the exchange. It's easy, efficient, and always supportive.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to withdraw canadian dollars back to my bank account from ndax and no matter how many times i try ndax account wont send my money out i have changed bank accounts to see if that was the problem and same thing happens i hit withdraw but the yellow withdraw button goes in circles but never sends. I messaged support i only get a generic message of how to withdraw.I have asked support to call me and nothing. Its almost as if my account is blocked I need help i will want to cash in my btc at some point but would like to know why i cant send canadian dollars out of ndax

I want to say to anyone who has had trouble with NDAX to make sure you have all your settings in order and have a bank account linked to your NDAX account with auto deposit. I have used my account to learn about trading cryptocurrency and have had nothing but positive results. At first I opened this account from advice from a broker to receive funds. long story short i had bad experiences with a couple of so called brokerage companies and got scammed. but I had to keep trying to learn about the market and trading as I am not a person who quit's. so after that i started logging into NDAX and studying the platform to gain knowledge. Finally I decided to go ahead and deposit $50.00 CAD. It was on my account balance in 15 minutes, then I started buying crypto and keeping an eye on it. then I just sold some to change to CAD and when I withdrew it went back to my bank account in 15 minutes as well via E transfer. after that I felt more safe and since then have done many more transaction's to learn about how it worked Etc. cryptocurrency can be a very volitile market so do your research and learn as much as possible about it. There is a lot to know about trading and people who are brokers know more than anyone who is new to it. So be patient and always keep learning because there is a ton of knowledge to learn all about it. And as far as support goes I have reached out twice to NDAX and have gotten a resolution to my issue both times. So make sure to give it time to learn about the site before thinking negative of it. I can honestly say that it is one of only a few platforms i trust, but it took me time to learn what it is all about also. so be patient and don't quit. good luck people and god bless....

Poor communication. Might be a good place to deal with but…..if you can not support your customer in a proper amount of time, you have to wonder how good/bad they are overall??🤷‍♂️

Withdrawl originated ,cant get them to send a confimation e mail tried for several days lost money now as exchange rate has shifted no answer on their chat ,emails or telephone lines

Just a queston does weath wise police crypto ie scam recovery. They seem to know my ndax transactions?

This has the appearance of a complete business failure. I have emails from NDAX with verification more than a month ago of money transfer to my own account in their trust.

Now more than a month after the wire transfer, after multiple emails from four differing NDAX agents that suggest the funds are in my account I still do not have the funds. When I read all of the same complaints about NDAX it suggests that not all is well. I just want my money back as I do not trust this company at all.

I will be suing the agents involved as well NDAX very quickly. We shall see if this ballon has any air in it.

I submitted a token recovery request to NDAX over a month ago, yet the matter remains unresolved. NDAX Support has requested the same information repeatedly, which I have provided patiently each time. Despite this, the timeline NDAX offered has been missed on every occasion, with no meaningful updates—only vague references to pending update request made to the operations team.

When I raised concerns about the lack of communication, Emma from the Support team attempted to claim they had proactively reached out to me, which is untrue. When I asked for specific details about when these attempts were made, they went silent.

A month after my official request, my token remains unrecovered, and I am left without any substantive updates. This complete failure in customer support raises serious concerns about NDAX's suitability to remain a registered investment dealer, and the CSA or any other regulator should monitor how the NDAX support team and the operations team are being managed.

Anyone experiencing horrible service from NDAX should file a complaint to the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organizations on CIRO's website.

Cannot Withdraw $10 USDC

I have tried 6 times now, since Dec 21st, 2024 (today is Jan 3, 2025) to withdraw $10USDC from my account.

I put in the withdrawal request, they ask for 2FA (which I give them), and then they send an email for a double confirmation.

However, in the 6 different emails they sent me, there is no "Confirm Withdrawal" button embedded in the email AND there is no URL web link that I can copy and paste into my browser to confirm the withdrawal request either.

I have called them on the (833) 727-6329 customer service # around 30 times over several days, during business hours, and I get a busy every single time.

I have used the online chat (only available outside of your personal portal) and over about 10 different emails, they have not offered any viable solution.

I have opened tickets inside ndax.io in my web portal but they have not provided any solution.

I have lost a lot of money because the $10 initial transfer was only a test to make sure I got the correct crypto address before I sent the rest of the funds.

I am extremely frustrated and have wasted hours and hours sending them screen shots, contacting them, etc.

There customer service is extremely poor, if I was being kind.

I have no idea what to do now because my 1000s are now locked in their system. Even though I have my web password and my Google 2FA, that doesn't seem to be good enough for them to process the $10 withdrawal.

I received a call for verification, it was quick and to the point.

I had some issues on my account especially to withdraw, but it was all fix thanks to the NDAX team.
