Can I give zero star . Just started as a customer of this company for. Yesterday, I did the first deposit which took some time to show in my account and today since 2 pm until now this moment 8:30 pm the company did not deposit 1000 cad to my wallet that I sent from my personal banking account via e-transfer. As a result, I missed a great opportunity. They didn't help me at all always chat then sorry no agent then email we got your email and no agent available then another email asking for info at 5 and have all info and again no reply provide any reason for NDAX does not respond to my emails my messages and my tel calls . I have had a very bad experience with the company and no longer want to do any business with them...

No phone number. Only email or chat.

You buy crypto and pay a crypto free. Not fiat. Then you end up with small amounts of crypto. Which means you can not close your account. As they have minimum requirements. But you end up with small amounts through buying/selling.

Horrible use of app. Hire a ux/ui to make it better. Been with for 3-4 years and don't use it because it is a garbage app for 2024. Better apps out there. Been trying to close account for a year but challenges.

Have gotten better for tax papers but couple years ago could not get any information. The stuff might be there but not Easy to find. Have to look for it. Chat is mostly bot. Hire staff to deal with customer issues and have a phone line. We are living in an age of convenience products and services. But this app and customer service is inconvenient.

NDAX is a great support team to work together with I would always recommend NDAX

When I had difficulty going through their verification process because of poor vision, they did in the end understand the problem and accepted my positive suggestion. They were quite polite once they understood.
I am not so happy with my transactions labelled "suspicious" without stating any reasons. I am not a crook or scammer.

They are good and nice and the platform is very easy to trade and easy to deposit money and the costumer services available 24h.

quick support response time and efficient follow up.

I wish can give the zero star. This company is horrible and very risky to deposit to your wallet in NDAX. I open wallet with them made couple transactions and add more money, and before I could make another transaction they limited my wallet for suspicious. Looks like in NDAX mine every activities are suspicious and they can limit your account and preventing you make trading. You can't reach them by phone only email, this take days. You pretty much in there mersey. Stay away from this company, if you care about your money and try make some money by trading in bitcoins. With them, you will not know what they will to to your wallet tomorrow.

I transferred money to NDAX by wire transfert 4 months ago and provided all the paperwork confirming the transfert got accepted by their bank and the money originated from my canadian bank account. Since then they obstinately refuse to credit my NDAX account or give me back my money. Each time I contact NDAX, a random customer service person respond that they are following up with their "operation team" to provide an update. 4 months of fake customer service follow-ups... I am now evaluating my next steps to legally recover the money they stole from me.

They let some criminal sign up and they verified this criminal and the criminal hacked my account and transferred all my crypto to there account and closed both our accounts. After telling NDAX about this they said they have the best security and it's my fault and they refuse to get back to me about this. This is a serious crime called FRAUD. Also this is the shady email they verified and let steal my crypto. kingjohnhood@ hotmail.com. I'm beginning to think this is a inside job because they don't care. DO NOT USE NDAX EVER. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
(The reply you sent to this is just to try to convince people your going to help. I contacted the email you gave feedback@ ndax.io and as I thought no response just like the over 100 emails I sent either no response or saying your not going to do anything and you pretty much steal from people. Don't respond to this because all your trying to do is trick people to think your helping when your not. YOU ARE CRIMINALS and I am going to the news and everywhere I can online to let everyone know. STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE.)

I was advised to open an account with these people.

Surprisingly, when I tried it said that the account already existed under my email.

I decided to change the password and user name just in case someone was fraudulently opening an account under my credentials.

I managed to change the password but their website constantly malfunctioned when trying to recover or change the Username.

I then contacted them asking if an account had been illicitly set up using my information.

They did not even respond to this serious security issue.

With both a malfunctioning website and negligence in not even answering inquiries regarding serious security issues, these people deserve this One Star rating.

Staff is courteous, helpful, and thorough!

This is the 4 time ndax.io admin is holding my coins for several hours atleast 6 hours without releasing my coins. No trust from my customers again.
Whenever I write them no response and if response after a day.
There is something wrong with admin

I have been a customer of this company for 2 years. Yesterday, the company blocked two $3000 transactions that I sent from my personal banking account via e-transfer. As a result, I missed a great investment opportunity. They didn't provide any reason for blocking my transactions this time. NDAX does not respond to my emails. I have had a very bad experience with the company and no longer want to do any business with them...

Very nice app to use and fast and efficient customer service, which really helps you. I like this app.

The problem resolved fast

NDAX staff have been very helpful in getting me operational on their website. Feedback response was timely, instructions were clear, and staff were professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

they listened, they heard, they answered.

Emma answered all my questions and resolved the issue I was having due to a password change recently.

I'm very pleased and feel very safe with NDAX.
If I've ever had any issues, their Customer Service people sorted things out quickly. Thank you.

After a month and a half of not being able to sign in, the person who helped me was excellent and was able to fix my problem.
