"What's your budget?"

Spoke to a lady online about our plans who told us to call. We called, put our plans forward and the first question was “what’s your budget?” (which I didn’t answer). Was told they would be in touch to arrange a site visit... a month ago... and not a word since. Clearly aren’t interested until they know they can rip you off! Hugely disappointed as they were local, but will take my money elsewhere.

We apologise that you have not had a positive experience with us. We request budget information as we manufacture a variety of products that fall into different price ranges and wouldn’t want to disrupt a project by quoting products that are out of their budget. As the country was experiencing a lockdown due to COVID19, it would not have been appropriate for us to conduct a site visit during this time.

Outstanding in every respect

Outstanding in every respect, from initial consultation to samples and installation. Everyone I dealt with at Neaco was very switched on and responsive. I can't fault their service and their finished product is very impressive
