Well packaged

Well packaged looks great but the taste of chocolate and vanilla is awful with milk or water struggling to Finnish rest off but the saying says eating healthy wont taste good lol

Awful taste and really poor customer…

Awful taste and really poor customer service - this company gives e-commerce business a bad name. I signed up for the trial and was not sent a pre-warn email before my money was taken for my second order. This is extremely sneaky. They tried to take payment on a Saturday which was declined as I didn't have the funds in my account. I sent an email the same day requesting this order was cancelled, then again on the Sunday and Monday. On the bank holiday Monday they sent an email to say it was dispatched! I have received an email explaining that they don't monitor their emails over the weekend and I should have cancelled my account beforehand. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM OVER THE WEEKEND YOU WILL GET NO RESPONSE AND THEY WILL STILL SEND YOUR ORDER OUT. On top of that, they expect you to send back the product at your own expense and are also unable to take any liability for lost returns during transit so recommended I pay for a signed for service! I am so disappointed. Avoid. I work for a startup subscription company and understand how these things work. This is not how you should treat customers.

We try to give clear information across our website and buying journey about our ongoing subscriptions and include ongoing charge information and next despatch dates in our buying journey, checkout and our Starter Box confirmation emails. Based on your feedback, we’re going to look at how else we can communicate this information outside of customer portals also.

As with a lot of companies, our despatch centre is separate to our support centre. Our despatch operate 7 days a week to ensure orders are received by customers as quickly as possible. Our support hours are Monday – Friday but we understand why this can be frustrating if you’re waiting for a response over the weekend and we’re investigating ways we can offer real-time answers to those pressing questions.

All feedback is passed along to the entire Neat team and we endeavour to constantly evolve our service and improve on how we deliver to you.
