Coffee nice but cold...
Presentation left a lot to desire for a cafe at that price...

Had the afternoon tea box. Was truly excellent. Couldn’t fault it. Why go to the expense of baking cakes, making sandwiches etc when you can have that delivered for that special occasion to your doorstep.

Afternoon tea for ten - we ordered five afternoon teas for a birthday get together. We’ve ordered from Neaum a few times now and have never been dissatisfied.
Once again the teas were first class, sandwiches and canapés just a bit different and very special. Again the sausage rolls and scotch eggs were different to the norm and were wolfed down. Scones, jam and cream- perfect - us girlies loved the fact that the cream was in little piping bags, it’s the little things that make us smile. As for the cakes, perfection. So much special food, well packaged and utterly delicious.
Can see me ordering again very soon, always a great idea from Jack and the Neaum team :) x

Was expecting delivery on Friday has still not arrived.Have e-mailed company to enquire about the delivery and have had no response. Not impressed.

We opted for a Spring Deli Box to have over Easter

We get either a meal box or a deli box every month and as always the Mother's Day box was excellent quality. The meal was so easy to prepare as the instructions are really clear.

Amazing boxes of food. Great that you can pick your own treats or a pre-sleected deli box! I thoroughly enjoyed mine and have purchased two for dear friends of mine!

My son received his food deli-box on time on Friday as per the email notification x they saved it until Sunday x it was perfect they loved it x especially the duck scotch eggs x brilliant x Neaum pull all the stops out nothing is too much trouble x will order again xx

Difficulties with delivery caused problems but these were resolved promptly and fairly - they were out of Neaums control
The food was delicious and easy to prepare

No sourdough to accompany potted shrimps, received 2 lot's of salt crackers instead.
Instructions said pressed potatoes but we didn't get any. Instructions were very poor.
Pudding was very dry and the cream was very sour tasting.
We've tried several of these type of boxes during lockdown but won't be doing this one again.
I did email them when I realised things were missing but didn't receive a reply 😒

Great concept and very well received, great communication about the delivery and was a breeze from ordering to eating!
Produce and presentation was amazing and tasted delicous
We will be ordering again regularly and will also order as a gift when I can.
Could do with a larger menu choice, for example 2 or 3 more choices of deli box contents and dine in menu I am trying this next, just awaiting March menu to come through!

Excellent. Delicious food, efficient service and good value, all local produce where possible too. We couldn’t eat the four courses in one sitting! But we had the soup for lunch the next day and the tart for coffee break! I was late ordering and they kindly squeezed me in even though they were snowed under. Can’t recommend Neaum enough. Good luck guys! Hope the business keeps growing from strength to strength!

This box was delicious. Your best yet and looking forward to the next one in March. Lovely smooth soup, great pastry(s), Delicious feta pie, sausage roll and scotch egg. Excellent idea to produce instructions of what sauce/dip goes with what. Very well done

Our meal was absolutely delicious. The packaging was excellent. Cannot praise them enough.
