Probably the worst experience buying a product in my entire life. Nebras took 2 years and no update. So I finally reached out and asked to cancel my order. I was told cancellations aren’t possible. And then magically my nebras were set to ship. I called support again and asked to cancel, as I will be returning them if they ship. Rudely told no - and the customer care agent shipped them. Awful awful customer service is the nicest way I can put it.

More than 2 years waiting for my nebra… now that the HNT is worthless… no point to have it. Bobcat took just 2 weeks comparing with Nebra..

I just received my two outdoor miners and antennas that were ordered April 17, 2021!! Almost 2 years later. I repeatedly asked for a return of my funds and continually got denied. I am surprised the company is in business and would never do business with them again. Many other competitors out there and amazing they got away with selling products, keeping my $1,500 for over a year and not delivering any product and offering no refunds.

DONT SHIP MY ORDER YEARS LATE AND EXPECT GOOD FEEDBACK.

I returned them with DHL because the only reason they sent them was because I started a money claim. Waiting 2 years was too long

It took 2 years and them not allowing me a refund because they were “shipping” my order for the past year. These things are now worthless. DO NOT BUY THEM FROM HERE. They are the worst and have horrible customer service. It’s all a scam.

Waited over 2 years for delivery of items. The opportunity to use them has now passed. No refunds available. Total disaster.

Countless emails, from which they did respond but always with empty promises of when they would ship.

Absolutely horrible experience in a market where time is money, literally. I have lost two years in productivity.

With the threat of no refunds, which is silly because the units are not customised for me personally....I held on to the order with the threat of going to to card company to get a reversal with the thread of proof of lack of performance by the vendor. Thennnn it ships two years later. Not happy. If i could give 0.0001 star i would.

The product shipped many years too late. Now mining is pointless

It took a year and half to get this helium miner. I tried to just get a refund but you refused. Now the helium miner I paid $350 a year and half ago sells on ebay for $75. Worst experience ever and I will tell everyone and tweet that you suck.

I ordered in april 2021, it will soon be april 2023 and I have not yet received a product, nor an ETA, following countless emails. I've asked for a refund more than I can count and threatened legal action, yet still nothing... If anyone has any idea on how I can get my money back, please let me know.

Also I must say what infuriates me is their audacity to send marketing material related to new products instead of emails apologising, reassuring and attempting to compensate us for their fraudulent acts.

Worst customer service
Delivery was 20 months late and when I tried to add the hotspot in app and couldn’t connect. Waste of time and money

My experience was identical to other reviews: long delays, no refunds, useless paperweights. See you all at the class action.

I took almost 2 years from order to have my miner delivered. Never in a million years would I use them again. Neither should you !!!

My order ahipped almost 2 years later. I will never use any nebra product anymore. I requested to cancel my order but it wasn't accepted. I recommed everybody to not use any nebra product.
