The purple watch is gorgeous! It looks just like the picture. I’m very happy with it.

I got the gold and purple watches. They are so beautiful and worth the price. I love that they work with a magnet so I can make them small enough for my wrist.

Watch was nice quality but not quite as sparkly as advertised in pictures. Shipping was quick and otherwise it's really nice!

You get what you pay for... pretty but feels cheap, and pretty loud for a wrist watch.

Beautiful watches that look exactly like the pictures. Light weight and the band is magnetic which is great and makes for easy adjustment. Highly recommend!

Shipped fast, they sent me 1 good and 1 damaged watch. Never responded to my emails inquiring about a replacement or refund. Extremely unprofessional and I feel haggled.

Ok. Ordered when they first opened in August. Took over a month for delivery, but I think that's forgivable, so no big deal. It happens, and customer service was very responsive to me.

The Astral Equinox is STUNNING, and it fits all sizes of wrists. My daughter (12) and I share the watches I bought. Hers is a 7.25" wrist and mine is an 8.5" wrist.

Here's the problem I'm having, and its just simply a quality problem. Sometimes, they don't keep time. Also, the paint is wearing off to reveal the silver metal underneath. These are watches we are wearing daily, so the wear is definitely there. Guess that explains why colored watches tend to be leather and not metal.

Even with the aforementioned problems, I wear it daily, because I love it so much. I hope they stick with it, solve the quality issues, and make more versions. They really are worth the effort!

So I never recieved my watch and I have a feeling that the stardust watch that's being advertised on my fb page is the same exact company. Just changed their name. Same exact watch. I ordered back in August aaaaand have reached out to customer service via email and fb. No response. It's looking to me like a big huge scam

I really wanted one of their watches in August. I also saw that they just opened in August so I was skeptical. I decided to wait.

Apparently all their customers that ordered in August finally got their watches. I checked out their site after they relaunched and saw they offered 2 day shipping.

Purchased one two days ago... and it came!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning watch. I love the strap because its magnetic and the crazy reflections the watch gives off under light.

I got a watch from a deal on Facebook, forgot I even ordered it till it came in the mail, my favorite watch ever I love it so much, especially the magnet clasp

It took a while but I got it. I ordered it at the end of August and received it in the middle of October. It’s beautiful. Customer service answered my emails within 24 hours. I’m satisfied with the purchase overall.

Same story. Charged for watch i never received.

Was charged for a product I never received. When I emailed about it they told me it wouldn’t ship for several weeks because they could only fulfill 500 orders a day (doubtful that they ever had nearly that many) and if i didn’t receive my item by the end of the next month I would receive a full refund. Repeated emails after that month were left unanswered.

The first time I fell for clickbait, should've known better. Ordered three months ago and have yet to hear a single thing back. In addition, I attempted to leave a negative review on their site but it doesn't even show it, I imagine due to the fact that if it did, there would be a hundred 1 star reviews calling them out. Trashy company, Facebook ads need better screening.

I've fallen victim to this scam as well. I suspicious when I first saw the special offer. I looked them up online, and saw no reports identifying the company as fraudulent.

I placed an order for two watches at the beginning of August. Messaged them on the 8/25. Where they made the same promise I saw other individuals mention in their reviews.

Orders are backlogged. My watches will ship on 9/16. If nothing arrives before 9/30, they would provide me a full refund and a "complimentary watch".
I emailed and messaged their FB page again 9/23. No response. My FB message was never delivered either.

What I've learned from this is to take the time and check how recently the company's FB page was created, how active they are, and what they allow people viewing their FB to share.

Here are my new red flags.
🚩 If I can reach the end of an unfamiliar business's pages I'm going to pass of what they're offering.
🚩I did try uploading screenshots of the messages, but that feature was disabled.
🚩Their "customer's" cannot post to their wall at all.

I reported the page to FB, and I hope other's they SCAMMED do the same.

I ordered a watch in mid-August, and never received a follow up e-mail containing the shipping/tracking information. After a month I contacted them through Facebook, and they ensured me I would receive my watch by September 30th, or else I would get a full refund and a free watch, for my troubles. Never received the watch I ordered, nor my 'free watch', and now I can't get ahold of them through e-mail or Facebook. I am glad I used PayPal to order my watch, was able to receive a full refund. (They didn't even message PayPal back either!)
