wonderful jacket, as strong as soft. perfect

After almost 2 weeks of waiting I received the ordered jacket, it was thinner than I expected but the size was okay. I put my hands in the pockets and discovered that the right pocket had a tear at the seam, this is not what you expect when you paid EUR 80 for it, now we need to have it fixed and then the cost even more. I would not advise buyers to order from Nebulus.

I ordered a (nebulus vest Revival ) last week I'm medium but i ordered in large thinking with a hoodie underneath it would be okay but no it was too long for me, i ordered the same vest again last Saturday but in medium just received it today, it fits perfect it fits like a glove.

I bought a fleece jacket and thought, I'll wear it to the gym and back in the transition period when it's cooler. I wear the jacket without any problems even in winter. It is extremely warm, soft and comfortable. I am overjoyed. After that, I bought a set of tracksuits, and I plan to order blankets for the winter. I recommend.

Ordered a new jacket for myself in recent weeks. Quality was ok but size was smaller than expected. T&Cs for returning are very sneaky. Website states refund minus delivery, while disappointing in this current climate, I accepted (should have checked prior to ordering). However, when the refund arrived it was significantly less than "refund minus delivery". On further exploration of website, an additional page indicated that additional charges may apply. In total, I have been charged 2.5 times the delivery. Most certainly wont be back to order here again

As always a quick service and delivery. Ordered Thursday the 27th January and received my parcel on South of Ireland the following day. Not only are their products top class but the service is absolutely top nugde. Can only recommend Nebulus as my top shopping place online for that kind of merchandise. I wish that all other online companies would provide their customers with the same service. Keep up the good work. Best regards Brian

I've given Nebulus plenty of time to digest my recent comments. Unfortunately, they ignored me since the initial reply.
Facts:
- products are ok of quality. Definitely not the value of their "original retail price".
- They apply false advertising, and as of mid January, their practices are forbidden in Belgium. Companies cannot state an item costs 75 euro, which is a 75% discount from its original price of 300 euro. The comparable original price of a promo must be the lowest price of the last 30 days.
- transport costs here are off the charts. You pay 8 euro for shipments to you, 9 euro for shipments to them. It's risk-free for them to let you try on their stuff, so there is zero motivation for them to label their sizes correctly or show authentic pictures of the clothes, be correct on the quality.
- sizes are not as per standards. A person wearing L needed a M here.

Conclusion: site is not worth to purchase from. It's too costly as a customer if something goes wrong. Better to go to real shops, or online sites with better return policy.
We wanted to buy ski clothing for the whole family after using this site for a present for the parents-in-law. Even with multiple purchases done, they refused to take part of the cost (by means of a discount) of the returned item - which had to be returned because of clearly incorrectly stated size. It's dumb. They lose over 500 euros of revenue, 250 euros of profit because they are too stubborn to help a customer cover a 20 euro cost in a gift.

I'm not buying here anymore and i suggest you all stay away as well. I saw the negative reviews here and still gave it a shot. My bad. Trustpilot is correct, avoid Nebulus.biz at all costs.

Never had any problem with Nebulus. Already ordered and received several items : always very good quality, nice finish, beautiful colors. Prices are sometimes a bit high, but they often have interesting offers and discounts.

Very bad experience in customer management: shipment costs to be sustained for returns and also for defekt items

The negative reviews are unfair. I ordered 3 polo shirts from France. Paid with paypal. Received them 5 days after order. No surprise with any additional taxes (may be because shipped from Germany for 9€ via DHL, stats in EU, not like GB that exited the EU). The shirts are beautiful, great quality.

I ordered an item from this company. Based on sizing advice on the website which suggested that their sizes were small, I ordered a size up (this may have been specific to a particular garment but this was not very clear). When it arrived it was way too big so I returned it. However, I had not realised that they charge €22 for returns. I had been charged €19.99 for the initial delivery so the the total wasted costs were €42.99! I was not pleased with this and will not be ordering from this company again.

I was a little worried about ordering after having read reviews but I have to say my worry was unfounded!
They were very communicative, my red jacket arrived within 4 days, it is good quality, I am very pleased.
They were excellent, I would recommend!

Ordered 2 jackets, received confirmation email followed by date of delivery. Then I was inundated with messages, emails and calls stating I had to pay a further £49 for delivery. No where did it state in terms and conditions more costs where required for delivering. Fortunately I paid via PayPal, and after several weeks I’m eventually getting a refund.
Terrible service with no communication. Would not ever consider buying from this company again

Don't order. I spent £350 on items stated in GBP. £55 of that was VAT. Now getting a DHL request for a further £78 in import duty/taxes. I've read this is a scam but it comes from a DHL Express email

Don't think it's a scam. Was no mention of it at checkout. Don't take the risk.

my german is not good enough to write it in that language, but I am quite happy with the "Noorse trui FRIA lades size M/38 colour black-white" that I bought ad euro 69.99 (+ euro 8.99 for despatch) online with Nebulus GmbH on February 16h 2021. of course acryl is a more vulnerable material than let's say cotton or viscose, but the sweater is very nice and warm. as well for outdoor purposes as at home when evenings are cold. nice Nordic pattern too! sleeves and sweater are rather short but good enough for me.

Great product but 1. returns UJ is a headache 2. DHL said I had to pay an import tax to receive the product; Nebulus confirmed this (despite not mentioning it at the time of ordering). Turns out it was a scam DHL e-mail. Get on top of your export admin.
