Absolutely dreadful they said my parcel…
Absolutely dreadful they said my parcel had been delivered and signed for by Wilson......that is not my name. Kept sending me the same e mail over and over with DHL tracking.....asked for refund didnt get one.....customer service worse than dreadful. Items over priced for quality even with massive discounts they claim to offer. Avoid at ALL costs

Took 28 days to deliver wrong item
Took 28 days to deliver the item, which turned out to be completely the wrong one. They then insisted they sent the correct item despite me sending them a photo of said item along with the order invoice. I don't know if these people are deliberately difficult or just incredibly stupid. It is amazing how bad customer service can be.
Congratulations, you're utterly incompetent.

Do not use this company. You will not get your money back when requesting a refund. Utterly awful customer service when you want to return an item for a refund!!!
