Bad, very bad my experience and I won't give any work to do to this place anymore. I ordered business cards with soft touch which I got. So I recommended it to my friend, sole trader too, the cards which suppose to be with the same characteristics, weren't no soft touch at all. Contacted to the owner, I think or whoever he is, and sent one card of each of us to compare and, his explanation was that nothing was wrong that "apparently" they used the same layers and technique. So one is soft touch and the other one is not but for him everything is fine. CRAP!!! Do not let this pseudo printer company to scam you and waste your money. You will regret it.
And I could send the "work" done FOR FREE UNDER MY EXPENSES to anyone who wants for yourselves to verify it.
