Immediate adjustment

We had an adjustment made to our bill because of a meter reading that was incorrect and this was done immediately for this months bill. It was a prompt response when I emailed and the changes were made instantly. Thank you for being easy to communicate with and straight forward.

Amazing services and great rates

Amazing services and great rates! Nectr cut our quarterly bill by 1/3 and if not for the place we're moving in doesn't support Nectr, we would 100% keep using their service. :(

Yes quite good service

Great service, just the waiting time to get hold of someone did take awhile - also I am not sure if my email got to your CEO who mentioned he would reply

Also not sure if you dealt with Origin to close my account, I rang Origin and they were also vague.

Efficient customer service.

It is very quick to reach out to someone to help at Nectr, less than 1 minute waiting on the phone, and someone very courteous to help me with a practical easy solution.

Glad you guys understand me I will pay my. Ills. Just wasn’t sure when at this stage I will have a new card hopefully this next two weeks please accept my apologies for not letting you know. Immediately if you require police report I have it the car is in Townsville the car wasn’t found in one piece so I imagine it was burned out with my car so I am happy to oblige my bill on the time within a week or so regards Allan I really do appreciate your kind staff and the manner for which we spoke was not at all demanding pushy or intimidating in any way I truly am please we hooked up with nectar ya ha to all staff in the team of your company. Terrific Customer Service

Great Customer Service. Very helpful gentleman on the phone and great there are no late fees for card issues.
Never really write reviews but am happy to do so as genuinely pleased with the experience.
