Although I don't seem to be home when the service is performed, everything seems go well.
However, I've been receiving emails saying there was a problem (??) and to call. I wish the 'problem' would be explained with a note, at the time of service.

Advance notice please
I did not see the text informing me the men were coming to work on my gutters so I wasn't ready for them. they spoke very little english so it made it challenging. Ideally one day in advance notice would be nice, rather than just one hour notice.
