Verry nice and capable people
Verry nice and capable people. Was setup in no-time. Had to contact support one time for an issue but was caused by myself. After the issue was resolved I was up and running in no time. Was especially surprised by the follow up a couple of days later to check if everything was fine and if they could provide some help.

i wouldn't use this service if i were you
the concept is interesting but these guys are a long way to getting their stuff together, specially from the people helping you set up the agents. No idea what they are talking about. You bring an issue and they repeatably respond with something that has nothing to do with the problem. Waste of time and to sweeten the deal, they don't offer refunds for crappy service. Go somewhere else.

Ivo, our co-founder, tried to clarify whether you had intentionally added yourself to the list, but we never received an answer to his questions. Without that information, we were unable to resolve the issue you reported. We understand your disappointment, but we hope you can appreciate that we genuinely tried to help once we realized multiple entries of the same number were causing the problem.

Ivo was amazing! he got me up to speed in no time and has me running on all cylinders. This is going to take so much off of my plate and allow us to sell more and help more people! Allaine has been awesome as well in chat support. Can't beat having the co founder personally walk you through the set up!

Great office assistant
Great office assistant particularly for those that can't afford a secretary, probably more reliable dependable and polite than half the employees out there. Customer service has been great resolving any issues I've had in my development and start of the program. Allaine is always prompt and polite helping me with my issues I have encountered along the way.
