They cancelled items from my order last minute and just gave me a coupon to return the money but Ross helped me get a full refund.

My package came in completely destroyed but Ross reimbursed me for the shipping and contacted the shipping company for me. He said he could replace any items that were damaged which was great! He was very helpful and caring. Will be a returning customer for sure.

I was missing a shirt with my order but Adiel from Wordans was very quick and professional to respond. I was able to receive either a coupon or a refund which I was glad to get the coupon because the quality of the shirts are wonderful and I absolutely love how quick they are to process and ship my items every time.
