There was an issue with my order, but the customer service department was quick to help, and I felt valued as a customer. Simona was pleasant to deal with and prompt in her response, which made the whole experience positive. I will be recommending Needen to all my colleagues and friends.

The order came extremely quickly and I appreciated being able to pick my courier, as Canada Post is wholly incompetent in my area. The items were exactly as described in quality, color and size. They unfortunately made an error by sending an incorrect item, and were very quick and efficient in rectifying the error. Adiel in customer service was particularly helpful. We will definitely be ordering again.

I debated going to another manufacturer but because of Adiel I continued with my orders from Needen. Adiel was very helpful when I needed a Tshirt replacement. Replied very fast, made sure to send over a tracking number, and then followed up when my package was delivered. Excellent service.

Good customer service is hard to find, especially these days, but having communicated with Adiel, I'm confident that emails will be promptly responded to, issues/discrepencies quickly resolved and welcomed feedback on site effiency. All of this matters, tremendously, for a small business owner and an avid repeat customer/client :)

When first dealing with a new supplier you are not sure what to expect. We were very happy with service provided by Needen. They missed a significant portion in the first shipment. I don't like when first shipments are missing items because we don't have a relationship yet and never want the supplier to think we are being dishonest. This wasn't a problem at all. Adiel from Needen swiftly managed the process and the missing items from our order arrived quickly before Christmas. Thank you!
