Worst customer service ever :DD

Worst customer service ever :DD. Dont play here if you want to withdraw, withdraw is almost impossible, maybe impossible.
I have tried everyday for two weeks contacting the support. No replies.
When you try livechat, they are probably bots. Do not play here unless you just want to lose money.

And the amount of withdraw is ridiculously small. Less than half of the money putted in.

I withdrew 500 euros on the 25 of february between 00:30-01:00 and it is now the 5th of march 21:00 pm and the withdrawal is still pending lol. Let me remind you that i am fully verified and have been for a week. Just please dont deposit on this site because its not worth it guys and girls. They are uncontactable!

I'm really frustrated. I just can't get a response from support or kyc email. They claim a VIP manager tried to reach out - they didn't - but told me to speak to him (later reffered to the manager as 'her' so which one is it?) and its like.... how? How do I get in contact?

My verification for withdrawals were all accepted, I have recieved one payment (800 max allowed)
I just want to know what happens next or when the next one will be accepted as it will take me years to withdraw all my winnings at this rate.
Is it 800 daily? 800 weekly?
How long until next withdrawal is accepted?

Dont use this casino! Theres probably better, faster out there!

Trust me, dont use this casino. I was waiting for over a week to cash out my 1500 Euro and sadly lost it all because they just wouldnt respond and verify my account and i got impatient. They kept giving me the same answer that my ID Selfie is not visible or blurry. However it clearly wasnt, however even if it was, i additionally uploaded 5-6 Selfies with my ID in different angles and im sure that at least one was clear enough. Now after 1 week still no response. Maybe theyre thinking that now that i lost everything they dont have to verify me any more? Who knows.
