It was easy to order from them, they gave a friendly welcome and the item arrived in perfect condition, only one small thing and that is it took 2 weeks to arrive which was not so good, other than that all was great.

Helpful and Honest
My item arrived and it was not up to standard. However the Needi team had an excellent response. Gave me a full refund, and ensure me if I need another gift to be send out immediately. Not many companies would of done so as it personalised item. It just show that team has integrity and go above and behind to help.

Amy , the gift matcher came back very quickly with ideas. The gift I eventually chose for my husband is perfect. The bird bath made of stone looks excellent quality and was good value.

Such a brilliant way to find a gift for that person who you have no idea what to buy :) I will most certainly be recommending them to all my friends and family!
