WhatsApp query to resolve brewing unit issue.
I managed to dislodge a part on the brewing unit in our coffee machine. No idea how to put it back. Raised a query over WhatsApp and the team sent it over to the tech team who quickly came back with photos of what to do.

Product excellent but Hone Connect app…
Product excellent but Home Connect app is terrible. It’s confusing and difficult to navigate and then you cannot find if you have registered properly. Also the manual with the appliance (oven) did not match the appliance so instructions very confusing. Finally registering for guarantee is confusing and you are not made aware whether warranty is two or five year when purchasing. It’s also very annoying that it’s virtually impossible to read model number etc as it is obscured. The above took me hours and is very frustrating
