Unfortunately my experience doesn’t match what I expected or what I was told by them. Because of the name I signed up to SEO which has been good but then I added paid ads which was a terrible mistake. Very poor results and I was stuck in a contract with them so couldn’t cancel earlier.. a waste of money! They say they care about small businesses but unfortunately I can’t say that my experience reflected that when it comes to paid ads. SEO was good and I had a great manager.
I wouldn’t recommend their paid ads services at all. I cancelled it and I’m cancelling SEO as well because I lost the confidence in the agency. This review is for paid ads only

The initial team worked really hard (over a holiday break no less) to explain what they do, answer a myriad of questions about how an SEO agency does work and customize the proposal and contract so that it would work for my end client. Just wonderfully helpful!

I gladly recommend Neil Patel. We partnered with the company on search engine optimization (SEO) and email campaigns and workflows. We also employed Neil Patel to provide blog content. They conducted a competitor analysis, identified keywords and recommended online optimizations that were “low hanging” fruit, designed to improve our rankings over time. I appreciate their organic approach. They do not push advertising. Instead, Neil Patel encourages sound growth that, while it takes time, promises to be more long-lasting. We have not been able to measure the effectiveness of the email campaigns and workflows because of a small sample size. The blog content was based on keywords and appears to be of interest to our target audiences. In summary, Neil Patel is focused on results and data-driven approaches.

My experience with Patel's agency has been distressingly poor and utterly disappointing. Promised expertise in digital marketing proved hollow as their approach systematically degraded my business's performance. Excessive and unproductive meetings failed to mask their incompetence, with my paid campaigns suffering severe mismanagement, leading to a substantial loss of faith on my part. Despite my pleas, they rigidly enforced the contract, further crippling my business with increased costs and scant leads. Even their purported SEO prowess turned out to be a farce, as a year's engagement resulted in negligible non-branded traffic and a lack of competitive ranking. With substantial financial investment yielding no tangible returns, their service can only be characterized as predatory and profoundly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against entrusting your business to this agency.

I like how organized and diligent the team is. Communication is great. Great reporting and evident improvements and results.

The only hiccups have been with the CRO tests and Google Optimize because repeatedly we saw pages look out of sorts and did not get our approval.

Honestly, the service that it provides is great. Amazing for SEO tracking. However, the billing system is a scam. No pro-rata, pay halfway through the month and then pay again on the 1st. I understand that some places have this system but in 2023 you expect a more robust system. Worst of all when you talk to support they're more than happy to cancel your account than actually refund you for the days you didn't have access to.

Had some bumps in the road last week after an initial good call with email deliverability issues and Internet issues with Spencer from your team. But had a good call yesterday and am happy with the plan going forward.

"I was working for this company and they locked my account after got negative number .it was 2600 dollors negative which they said to pay off and carry on the work .I had no more money to pay and account locked .before on same day I already paid about 1400 dollors . Be carefull

I am the Head of Marketing at a Chattanooga-based company called Sockwell. We are a wellness brand and manufacturer of stylish, merino wool & bamboo compression socks with the goal of helping millions of people "Feel Better in Style.".

When we started our work with the Neil Patel group, our organization was experiencing a dramatic dip in Organic site traffic due to some algorithmic changes in how Google crawls the internet to return search. This dip was affecting us financially and we saw traffic dip from 20.3K Organic site visitors (November 2021) all the way down to 8.4K at the lowest point (June 2022).

The team at NP has been fantastic to work with. Our account is managed by Keaton Henson and he has been a true team player. We worked first to optimize the structure and messaging hierarchy on our website as well as optimize the keywords there. In tandem, the team also worked to develop new blog content informed by trending/relatable topics and keyword optimized. The team at NP also engaged their network to assist us with obtaining backlinks in offsite content.

Those three major initiatives combined, we have now seen our Organic site traffic back up over 20K people for the past couple months. To put that in perspective of revenue, during the course of our initial one-year agreement, we saw a +12.8% net increase in organic site traffic that resulted in a directly attributable gain of +$203K in revenue. We also realized +103% increase in clicks on non-branded terms, a +193% increase in clicks on our blog content, and a +38.1% increase in backlinks. In the final quarter (1Q2023) of our first-year contract (when things really started clicking...because this work takes time and ongoing maintenance), Sockwell saw a +51.9% increase in Organic site visitors and +$113K in Organic site revenue.

As we entered our second year with the team, it was evident that the work they were doing was working. Sockwell saw lasting spikes in traffic resulting in meaningful growth in revenue. We decided to continue our work with Neil Patel and our Account Manager, Keaton Henson. While the initial lift of site optimization was complete, it is important that we stay on top of things ongoing. The investment in Neil Patel has been overwhelmingly positive and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend working with this team to achieve your objectives and revenue goals!

Not as good as AHREF. Also don't pay the full price on-site, if you order 1 month and request a cancellation it gives you the option to prepay lifetime for £99.

To add in if you do pay the £99 for the lifetime its well worth it but by no means is it worth the standard monthly cost.
