Bought the 50kg anvil which arrived dented on the face in 2 places and chipped along of of the sides. no good

Absolutely fantastic company, very polite and helpful.

Wish I had checked here first. Very poor service dealing with a return that was damaged and now over 30 days I cannot claim avoid at all costs order 24613

I bought some socket rails and they sent the wrong ones, that's no big deal but when they asked for proof and i sent photos they stopped responding and never heard from them again. Scum

Save your money folks this lot is a pack of pirates I have spent £2200 on delivering and 2 boxes and I have BOTH with several pieces of damage but they offered to send me a new plug and £50 off because they sent me 2 boxes to Scotland (£200 each but the lady on the phone claimed they could both go together to save shipping) - now though they claim they ‘done me a discount’ and won’t send me a replacement they will ONLY send to collect the box and a REFUND they will not sell me a SECOND box ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Paid for pre12 next day delivery, never arrived. Emailed and tried online form, no response!

Seems like a scam. They claim they sent the order, yet DHL claims they never received it. I tried contacting them through their online form and email, and did not get a reply.

I managed to reach them by calling, and then they claimed it's a problem with DHL, that they'll sort it out, and call me back. The order status haven't changed, and I haven't heard from them.

Seems strange to scam customers out of ~30€, but that seems to be the case.

Please Folks BEWARE: I ordered two drums of Adblue on June 5th for next day delivery.... Called them on the
6th June at 3.30 pm to check it was still coming to be told it as been damaged, okay i understand things happen was told it should arrive on the 7th, it did not.
I rang on Monday 9th and was informed the Delivery company reported issues in my area ? it would arrive next day, I rang yesterday to again check and was told again the package was damaged and someone would get back to me, they did not. Today the 11th I again rang only to be told they will issue a refund ! so wasted the best part of a week.
Its a shame because they do have some very good products at a fair price but if they don't deliver them its all a waste of time.

I chose a Neilsen CT0167 Stainless Steel Digging Fork as a replacement for a Draper fork 88791 that had broken on the very first outing. Give them their due Toolshouse replaced this fork with a Neilsen CT0167 Stainless Steel Digging Fork very promptly.
At a similar price my first impressions are that the Neilsen is an excellent budget 4 prong digging fork, Comfortable in the hands and strong enough to dig some very compacted soil on my vegetable patch without any strain to the tool.
Highly recommended.

Got a graft shovel from this company it lasted 2 weeks then snapped , these shovels normally last 2 years not 2 weeks and for £90 that is absolutely shocking got in touch with them through email just for them to ignore me , very disappointing wouldn’t recommend

I haven’t received my order
I had placed it on the 10th of march it says next day delivery nothing happened then I checked again and is says that is been delivered 2h ago and guess what ? Is not here ! They just scammed me for 40£
Please avoid them
They never answer the phone and can’t get in touch with them
I want my money back
This is ridiculous and stupid of them

AVOID Never again !
They state next day delivery DPD Mon-Sat this is completely dishonest. Contacting customer service is a waste of time as they take days to get back to you and then fail to give you the information you have asked for. They have informed me of delivery today but I have a DPD account and they have no information regarding this delivery. They are clearly using DPD as a selling point and then using a different delivery company. Shockingly bad company, AVOID

Rubbish tools
I bought a Neilson timing belt locking kit to change the timing belt on my VW TDI.

The tool was so badly made it would not locate on the crank sprocket - this wasted hours of my time trying to work out what was wrong. Eventually I bought a different branded tool - it fitted perfectly.

I appreciate these are cheap tools for one off/DIY use but if they don't physically work they are a complete waste of time and money.

First of all. I am a professional Painter with almost 20 years in the business.
I came across cut can brush holders and was immediately impressed.
Trying to track them down has been a slippery slope with quality. The ones I use I bought through Lee Valley and they no longer carry them. Terrific product until they died.
These have potential however the magnet is totally useless making this product useless unless you glue in new magnets.
The price to ship back is as much as the shitty product so I am stuck with these turds until I sort out better magnets.
Save your money.

I still haven’t received my parcel I paid £6 deliver for next day and it has put me back from work and if anything it cost me money it’s been over a week and still haven’t received

Took a bit of a while to have my petrol jet washer fixed. But fantastic customer service
