The rather complicated process of getting life insurance to cover a foreign mortgage was made so much more understandable and bearable by Dominic, and followed up extremely well with aftercare when the policy was in place. I would highly recommend Neilson Place.

This is the first time I have used the services of Neilson Place. For the last couple of years, I have become increasingly frustrated with almost every establishment using the pandemic as an excuse for not providing a service that could even be described as satisfactory. Joe’s commitment to work and his professionalism, on the other hand, was like a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much, no problem insurmountable as far as he was concerned. Telephone calls and emails were answered promptly even when he was away from the office. The advice given displayed his excellent knowledge of the market and one which met our individual needs. I would have given him more stars if I could and recommend him if it is excellent service you are after.

The process was very organised. I felt reassured that the insurance I was purchasing was valid because the assessment was very thorough. There was also a follow up text by a separate member of the team a couple of weeks later to check that I had received documents.

I can highly recommend this company. My first contact was with Adriana Fedor who explained everything and got things started. Always being considerate and polite. Charlotte Gollop then took over and showed great patience and brought the application to a successful conclusion.

I was taken through the process by advisor Tom who was friendly, patient and happy to help every step of the application process. He listened to my questions and gave multiple options/advice, allowing me to choose the policy I found most suitable. I’ve had multiple queries since taking out the policy and Tom always seems happy to assist and take the time to make any necessary adjustments to my policy. I’ll definitely be using Neilson Place in the future and would recommend their services!
