Very weak offering for the price. If want to take fancy pictures in a trendy place go for it but don’t expect complete check up (e.g. blood test is limited to glucose, cholesterols and couple of other things but far from a full biochemical scan)

It was my second annual appointment so it was amazing to see how my health has improved since acting on the results and advice from last year. The scan noticed a change in one of my moles which I am now getting removed. The peace of mind this service gives in priceless.

Booking is a long wait but once you have the appointment it is a smooth process.
Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience.

The examination was thorough, professional, and carried out with great care, which made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The staff were not only highly competent, but also kind, attentive, and respectful. They took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. Their warm and professional approach made a big difference, and I felt genuinely valued as a patient. Overall, I am very satisfied and grateful for the excellent service I received.

Thorough, prompt and incredibly efficient. Any little issues that were raised at my initial appointment were referred to the appropriate specialty and I had answers very quickly. A great step in being proactive in your health care.

A very useful insight into your current health metrics conducted very carefully and thoroughly. The 20 minute in-depth conversation with the doctor at the end is worth the cost in itself. Follow-up tests are also organised as part of the service. Very good value and I have already booked next year's health check.

To me it sounds as though this company have these amazing machines that they use probably had a few months or weeks training on them and that’s about it. Just some beauty salons they have a couple of weeks training on a Machine and think they know it all and do a terrible job some of them. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to booking an appointment with this company hoping that they could just see everything that’s going on in my body but unfortunately because of the reviews I won’t be doing it now as it doesn’t sound too professional, just the basics and that’s a lot of money for some people to pay out. My sister and I were going.

Great check in and smooth scan and test experience in a very film like set futuristic environment. Very impressed with report and consultation at end and have rebooked for next year. Really helpful for me, particularly the skin check

The scan was fast , efficient and on time, the nurse conducting it was polite and keep me well informed about the procedure. The data review after the scan with the GP was informative and very helpful. From the Scan I had a couple of follow up items and Neko have followed up very promptly. I am very impressed and will use the service again. It gives you a great baseline on your heath status.

I like the setup, modern technology and efficiency. I was expecting more in their service such as taking urine samples to identify the kidney and liver function of the body, some sort of scan for dental health and more internal body scan for all the organs in the body.

My experience at Neko Health was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and the clinic (I went to Victoria in London) was very clean and comfortable. I was given lots of time with the doctor, who explained everything very clearly. Clearly it’s a privilege to be able to afford a Neko scan, but I do think that you get an awful lot for your £299 so if it’s an option, I would definitely recommend
