Product work-ish. Recently started opening the door after someone ring the bell. Tried to contact support but no answer. Wanted to do an intergration with Alexa but the APIs are down so I wrote again to support but as for the other issues I didn't receive any answers l.
I took contact to nello a month ago, to get som questions answered. Usually, there were pretty quick responses, but it could take I day.
I've choosen to buy it, and it works like I charm. The app is like a guide for dummies, EVERYONE can make it work!
