Nelson Frank on the world stag

Very professional service.
I was dealing with Sam for 90% of the time.. He seems to have just the right balance of contact and information… Meaning he only contacts you when he has something to tell you or say..

The company has a reach across the I.T. Industry that is as wide as it is penetrating. I have every faith they will find you either the position or the member of staff just right for you.

Good company to work with.

The interview process was fast and clear. Then the onboarding was quick and Nelson Frank personnel was always willing to help. Unfortunately, when I got transferred to the client company as I become a direct hire with them Nelson Frank was unresponsive and it was hard to get through the final path. At the end it was a good step in my career.

Phenomenal job!

I was contacted by a representative from Nelson Frank late 2020. They immediately put me in contact with a few prospective companies looking for a ServiceNow administrator. My contact at Nelson Frank, Joshua Hayes, was in constant communication with me. I would get at least a weekly call to bring me up to date on the search for the proper opportunities, even if there wasn't much to report in a given week. He asked all the right questions to make sure to find a proper fit for my skill set and personality. It wasn't long before Joshua got me in contact with my current employer. Joshua, and Nelson Frank, helped me to find a great job where I can work from home, expand my skill set, and work in a unique business with a great support structure. I would absolutely recommend them, and I have to my friends.

Satisfied but have an issue

I would give 5 stars if I didn't have the later experience. Nelson Frank helped me find a job and i accepted the offer. After i started to work in new company, the recruiter still called me in a frequent schedule, at least once a week. I finally found it was annoying and stopped answer the call. She retried about 2 months.I don't know why she was so persistant and what she called me for.

They view candidates like cattle

They view candidates like cattle, once they are of no use they are discarded. Only interest in making money not finding someone a role which is 100% suitable or helping them make that right decision. If the decision is to not take the roll they drop you like a stone.
