Brilliant service. Whitefly plague now under control.

I think I met one of your Salesmen at the Tatton RHS Show . Have successfully used them in the past but this year am over run with slugs .

Thank you to the staff in Nematodes Direct - they were so helpful and so experienced in their products, their usage and so caring of the environment - every step of the way.

I felt I had a ‘personal’ service on each occasion that I have asked for help and advice. They do not try to ‘sell’ you products, rather they advise which products are the best for you to ‘achieve the outcomes’ of what the customer is trying to achieve. The products I purchased were exactly what I was looking for and have solved a very stressful problem I had with Red Spider Mite while ensuring that no wildlife were put at risk.

Currently premature to rate the effect as treatment yet to complete but I queried what I perceived as a short delivery and received a clear and acceptable response.

Both items delivered promptly. This is the second time I’ve bought here. Nematodes seem to be keeping the leatherjackets at bay. We’ll know for certain in a month or two

Ordered the 18 week programme which was supposed to be 3 batches, shipped every 6 weeks. First batch arrived in April promptly. Did not receive second batch, but they said that their records showed it had been delivered by Royal Mail so that may be down to the postman. Third batch has not been shipped and they sent an email saying they’re have problems manufacturing and are unable to provide a ship date. So I paid for three, received one.
I can say that the advice to apply every 6 weeks may be correct as one batch did not seem to do much - slugs are currently demolishing my flowers.

If you want your plant roots to rot, use this product.. it was a nightmare after I used this product, all my Hoyas and philodendron suffered root rot after using this product.

You delivered almost by return and well within the promised time. Instructions very clear. Your smallest package was about 25 times as much as needed for 5 box bushes over a month but the treatment appears to be very effective - two weeks later no living box bush caterpillars or pupae found.

After using Nemaslug I haven't seen any slugs , or their trails, even though we've had very wet weather, which the slugs usually love. My garden plants have been saved.

Two weeks after using found all plants badly damaged by slugs and late one night found 23 slugs in the veg patch. Gone back to slugs pellets.

Brilliant service and would not hesitate to use them again. Hopefully the Nematodes have worked especially the vine weevil but will order again for the Autumn.

I needed to change my nemetode subscription delivery date - Samantha replied within hours, and on a Saturday, easily deffering my delivery so that I'd be at home to recieve them.
