Nenette has been making chocolates by hand for over 12 years (having trained with Callebaut and Slatteries). And this is what she absolutely loves doing! I have just one ambition: to bring you a moment of happiness through chocolate. I hand-make every chocolate item that you find in my range for you: I carefully temper the chocolate for a perfect finish and combine it with simple, fresh and, wherever possible, locally-sourced ingredients. And what of the chocolate? I am proud to select Callebaut chocolate to make all my chocolates because of its sustainable story, reinvesting in the growers and producers and chocolate’s future. And, of course, it tastes fabulous! My chocolate studio is based in North Kilworth, South Leicestershire and is the home to all my chocolate creativity. It is also where I teach people to make their own chocolates - I hold workshops in the summer months and after Christmas too. I met the lovely Nemertea at Haddon Hall last weekend and sampled some of her lovely chocolate. I have bought some truffles online and they are delicious

Great Experience
What a brilliant experience.
So enjoyable and Nenette was so knowledgeable and made it fun and interesting from start to finish.
Would recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about how to make chocolates. Or just wants to enjoy understanding the process and make some hand made chocolates to take home.

Truffle Workshop
We had a fun afternoon at the truffle making workshop by Nenette who is welcoming and knowledgeable tutor. The workshop was informative and we took home a box of beautiful truffles and a filled egg along with enthusiasm to develop our chocolate skills further.

The Perfect Gift. Wanted high quality chocolates presented wonderfully as a birthday gift, My purchase did not fail in this and far exceeded my expectation.
