Everything was acceptable
Everything was acceptable, but your staff could not confirm important details about the lens I was purchasing ie color of lens. Therefore I had to buy, 2 yet I only needed 1 as no one could tell me the colour. It was a risk, when they arrived they a completely different colour as suspected. Staff knowing details is highly important.

Great communication and service!
Excellent customer service when I had a few questions, all the timelines were accurate and communication was superb. Shipping was extremely fast especially considering it was coming all the way to Canada. Have used them several times in the last two months and will continue to do so going forward.
