Great service. Treatment was superb and my son is very pleased with how his teeth now look.

My son has had three years of treatment and had his braces removed today. We have had a great treatment plan; good communication and his teeth are lovely.

My daughter has been under the care of Neo Orthodontics for just over a year. They've been fantastic up to now but this time she was due to have some treatment which didn't take place because of an admin error, she missed school and was very disappointed to have to wait and come back another day. Apart from this they've been great.

They were fast and effective during appointments. The treatments was also effective and i felt all information was smoothly relayed to me, the patient. I didn't feel at any point i didn't know what i was doing or wonder what was happening next and felt fully secure in knowing the results would be good.

Both my daughters have had their braces done and I am so impressed with the service! The staff are friendly, attentive and very professional. Both girls and I are very impressed with the service we have had.

Practitioners seem rushed and at times quite rough.
The booking system is very inflexible and not done by mutual convenience.
Date given refers to last appointment but includes all previous.

Very good experience. All staff are polite, helpful and kind.

The only slight downside was that you can’t arrange a mutually convenient appointment time when you are there. They send you out an appointment time and if it’s inconvenient you have to call to change it, which delays things by quite a few weeks.
