Appointments for students available only during school hours which makes it extremely difficult for working parents. This needs to be made clear to patients before the start of the treatment.

My son has just had his braces removed and I cannot fault any step of this journey. From the initial consultation and explaining our choices, to the support during this journey. All appointments ran on time and each time they took time to ensure my son understood each step they took and why. Very calm environment and professional staff. Thank you for making this journey so easy.

We received our first appointment quickly and subsequent appointments were quick and efficient. All was explained each time and the results are brilliant

We paid privately for my daughters orthodontist treatment at Neo, unfortunately we did not have a good experience at all. We were told that her braces would be on for a year or less, it actually took 22 months. Lots of appointments were cancelled, we had to wait far too long in between treatments, we didn’t see an orthodontist for the first 8+ months.
We had to go to one of the orthodontist other clinics to actually get to see him as he only works at Neo one day a week. When it was time for de bonding they couldn’t fit us in at Neo for 6 weeks.
I had to email the practice manger directly to get seen sooner, I have to say after I did this they were much better and did book her in for de bonding and retainers much sooner. It’s just a shame you have to send an unpleasant email to get a decent service. The last two appointments were the best we’ve had at Neo, the two ladies we dealt with were really helpful and kind to my daughter. That is the only reason I give Neo two stars.

Staff and amazing results for my son

From start to finish, which has only been a year for my daughters braces, Neo have been amazing, very professional and delivered outstanding results in my opinion.
I have recommended them to anyone I talk to about this 😊

i am neither satisfied nor dissatisfied but a few points to improve. 1. waiting time on the phone / difficult to communicate 2. treatment took longer than planned with no real explanation of why 3. a lot of appointments were cancelled at short notice and very difficult to find another slot 4. personnel were not over friendly

Very standard treatment and neat and clean atmosphere

My daughter has just had her braces off after 13 months, she was given retainers and her teeth look amazing, she was also given a mould of her teeth. Dentist was great, as was communication thank you

Excellent service to the community from all the staffs

Service was excellent despite immense challenges caused by the pandemic. I am really happy with the results - Dr. Siamak Yourdshahyan did most of my treatment he was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Neo Orthodontics Oxted.
