Warning! No Customer Service.

I prefer supporting small businesses—especially in these challenging times. Unfortunately, supporting NeoClassics didn’t turn out so well. They offer returns, but opted to ignore my emails for a return. It’s disappointing to be ignored as a customer who was actively trying to support a small business.
