I purchased this at the end of September.
There were issues with the setup of video calling - specifically on Zoom and Jitsi: not as user-friendly or intuitive as using the apps on my laptop. But last night (end of October) the tablets has failed completely with no sign of life despite the battery charge having been very healthy yesterday morning. No indication of being charged when plugged in to the charger. I'm about to start claiming for a refund of my order: this isn't the quality which Neocore advertised.

While trying to claim a refund, Neocore kept telling me that there was (likely) nothing wrong, and that a hard reset was frequently needed after a firmware update. Not reassuring. And had an assertive (it felt threatening) approach to a "re-stocking fee" of up to 50% if they deemed the tablet not to be faulty and if not returned as-new in original packaging... obviously it wouldn't be as-new of I'd been using it.
So I caved to the pressure and tried to start it, if only to prove them wrong. When it started the battery was 100% flat (it had been at 60% the previous evening) and accepted charge using the supplied USB-C.
So I'm hanging on to the tablet for now and will monitor the state of the battery, because it shouldn't have done that, and should accept charge from any functioning USB-C.

While I hadn’t expected Apple or even Samsung quality, I was very disappointed with the E2S Pro Edition bundle I purchased, after reading a number of decent reviews. My bundle included a case and mouse, which were both adequate, and a terrible, cheap and nasty keyboard, which I’m quite sure would have disintegrated pretty quickly. I have had bluetooth tablet keyboards before, and never come across one so flimsy.

When I attempted to set the tablet up by transferring items from my Samsung phone, which should have been very simple, I found it impossible, as the tablet was not recognised by any other devices under the name it claimed. This stopped the process, and resulted in the tablet returning to this sticking point every time it was powered up. When I informed Neocore of this, they completely ignored it, but did offer a £30.00 refund, as they claim the sub-standard “extras” were manufactured by another company.

I rejected that, and asked for a full refund. To be fair, that was processed fairly quickly, although they did fail to refund my return postage, which I was entitled to, as this was a faulty product. I decided just to move on. In summary, you get what you pay for, Spend the extra, and go for a better product.

I ordered a tablet on 2nd Sept. Expected shipment date was 15th Sept. I got an email saying it had been shipped on 19th. It is now 3 weeks later snd I still haven't received my tablet. I have sent 4vemsikz requesting tracking info but got no reply. Both published telephone numbers for the company are unobtainable. Enteringvthevtravking no on the royal Mail website cones back with nothing. I gave now applied for a refund through the PayPal Buyer Protection Scheme and if this fails I will be issuing a Court Summons against Neocore to get my money back.
Awful awful customer service. Do not touch this company with a bargepole !

The tablet is as described perfect in all respects excellent value for the purchase price but the delivery was a little hit and miss I would be happy to recommend this tablet

Crisp screen Good battery life. Really easy to set up. Quite heavy but I guess that's the battery. The Bluetooth keyboard and mouse are a great addition to the tablet.

The product is excellent and easily compares to other tablets that are many times the price of the Neocore. This was purchased to replace an earlier Neocore tablet which was getting a little long in the tooth. Nicely packaged, the tablet is very easy to set up via the on screen wizard. You can copy your icons from another android tablet or phone.
The unit was charged to about 70% which is very useful. The specs of the tablet are excellent and with the micro SD card, you'll never run out of space.
Controls are very easy and simple. No unnecessary buttons or connectors.
The screen is superb and everything is pin sharp. Streaming videos is a pleasure and the sound quality excellent. I've not used and probably won't use the camera for pictures but I do use it zoom and teams meeting which it handle with ease.
My only disappointment was with the delivery time and my tablet took well over 3 weeks to arrive.
Overall I am delighted with unit and if your looking for a high performance tablet at a very low cost then this is the one for you.

Very slow delivery but well worth the wait. Excellent all round product. Charges at record speed. Battery lasts all day. Great picture quality. The only downside is the speaker sound which is a little underwhelming. With headphones however, it sounds great.

This is the second Neocore tablet I have bought. Great tablet at a great price
Would have given 5 stars if more communication re state of order but that is not to say the delivery lead time was poor.

Ordered a Tablet on the 6th of July. Still has not arrived. I have emailed numerous times. Told initially that it was on pre-order. NO indication of this when I ordered. Service and communication has been poor. I was told that it was on its way on 30th July yet only dropped at the parcel shop three days later. Still no indication of delivery on Tracking. I have now asked for a refund and am awaiting a reply. The Tablet may be good but the service is appalling. When I get my money back I will never use this company again despite trying to buy British

Neocore contacted me very quickly and explained that I had caused the problems myself when I didn't uninstall the SD card properly (I should have cleared the cache first). There was no fault in the tablet.

Initial issue regarding receiving my tablet but after a couple of texts it was sorted. Tablet easy to set up, works great, impressed with the item especially at this price.

so far as advertised, happy with purchase.

Quality product at low prices.

Tablet does what it says on the tin. However, mine slipped off my knee and the screen cracked, so a protective case is advised. I do have to say that the helpline is a bit spasmodic on experience so far.

aprt from waiting slightly longer than expected for delivery, all is well. the tablet seems well made and works well, just what i needed. the price is great too when compared to others at a similar spec.

Solid tablet, fast with great graphics, already in use as backup for a high end laptop, runs well. Delivery time only downfall.
