Highly recommend for quality and speedy service
I had a fantastic experience with Neogon! Their one-day delivery for my customized neon sign was impressive. Visiting their store was a delight, and the staff was helpful. Appreciated the extra care they took by bubble wrapping my neon for protection. Highly recommend for quality and speedy service!

Pathetic
The product came in absolutely poor packaging. Upon opening, acrylic was not even clean and the connection wires were so prominent that it made the sign super messy. The charger and neon tube, both gets quite warm after few minutes of turning it on and emits smell.
They charged me 2500 for this and there was ZERO value of money. Not recommended

Our standard delivery policy for such orders is 7-10 working days, and this information is available on our website.
It's important to note that the delivery was handled by Leopard's Courier Company. When our Leopard's Courier Company delivery rider arrived, there was an issue with payment. It was requested that the amount be transferred via bank transfer, which our rider couldn't accept. Despite multiple delivery attempts and communication, you were unable to accept the order, and it was eventually returned to us.
It's also worth mentioning that this is a customized product, and as such, it represents a significant loss for our business when orders aren't successfully delivered. We offer various payment options, including bank transfer and credit/debit card, on our website to provide flexibility to our customers.
