Everything was pretty straightforward and easy. At one point, I even had an item canceled because the seller was considered suspicious, and I appreciate this site looking out for me! I'm American, so I can't tell very well which sites are legit, so this deputy service is super helpful. I like the variety on here as well. Got my stuff pretty fast and in great condition! Shipping is expensive, but that's more a USA issue with tariffs and import fees. Overall this site is a really good value to find unique Japan-only items.

Packing speeds are kind of slow compared to other proxies, but the packaging methods are a lot better (no extreme amounts of extra volume, etc.).

Easy to order and the package was very neatly packed. It took a while to get shipped but I am sure this was temporary. Would use again.

Neokyo is my go-to Japan proxy service for over two years now. The UI is fairly easy to navigate, buy requests are done almost immediately, I can also place preorders without worrying about it being a scam and whatnot given the long waiting period. Warehouse storage duration of 45 days is also pretty generous, gives me ample time to browse through more items so I can save on shipping. I greatly appreciate the way they pack my orders. Very neat, very protected which gives me an ease of mind. I've pretty much recommended Neokyo to every one of my friends too.

Used Neokyo for my purchased Mercari items and found them to be a great option for proxy shipping! It's easy to use and has occasional coupons for some of their sites. Fees and and such are also outlined on their site, and I found that even their shipping fee estimate calculator was accurate for my items. Loved that they have cheaper proxy and shipping fees compared to other more known services. Packaging took more time than I would've liked, but otherwise no other cons for me. The items were also packed really well: individually in small packets when purchasing items from different sellers, and collectively using bubble wrap and taped down on the sides of the box, with packing paper to protect it underneath. Used Japan Post EMS as it was (surprisingly) the cheapest (and fastest!) option for me at the time, and was pleasantly surprised to see I wasn't hit with customs fee.

10/10, would definitely use Neokyo again in the future :)

Doesn't offer international epacket light or airmail unregistered so I ended up having to pay a fortune in shipping, but I suppose that's my fault for not checking in advance 🤷‍♀️ Took almost a week to consolidate and ship out my package. Takes too long to complete buy requests (~12 hours in my experience every time), another proxy I used had it automatically buy your item instantly? Only upside is they're the cheapest to use, so I guess you get what you pay for. Won't be using them again.

Fast delivery, after being in Japon and missed the opportunity on buying this article in Kyoto, I came accross this website. Of course I added a bit of money, but even if the whole process took a bit of time. The delivery was super fast.
