Refused to cancel a policy following financial hardship.
This company do not answer emals, send 'no reply' emails in order to stop you responding.
They show ZERO concern for clients in financial distress and threaten increased payments after cancellation of direct debit.
They WILL NOT cancel a policy I have with them until the end of the year, despite proving I am in financial difficulties.
Their own letters state that they will help in such circumstances, this is simply not true as I have discovered.
They also hide behind various company names - viamedis, Santiane, neoliane, meaning it is impossible to actually track down the relevant company via any email.
They also send notifications via 'NO REPLY' emails, meaning you cannot continue any conversation. They also routinely hide response emails and these have to be found online or via an online form which takes them 2 weeks to respond to.
I have served official declarations to them and these have been ignored.
I will carry on refusing to pay this policy and will instead make them carry on the necessary administeritive paperwork back to me to cost them some of the time they are costing me.

They replied with more false misleading information.
I tried countless times to cancel this policy and they have refused to cancel it until the end of the year.
I contacted the 'meidateur de l'Assurance' to ask for help with this company - they were unable to identify the insurer.
The reply says I can cancel anytime, as long as I have had the policy for over a year - I have had the policy for over 3 years and they are still refusing to cancel it.
To the administrator who replied, my document policy number is 289793/24.
I suggest you look up the history of my case and you will find all the facts.
I have cancelled the direct debit and now your company are threatening me with increased fees of 6 Euro per missed month. I will pay ZERO
I will not pay.
