Watch looked and felt cheap.

I was not expecting the watch to look as good as the picture but I was shocked to find that they look and work even better than I imagined, great job

Products are great. Quality is impeccable. However, communication with them leaves a lot to be desired. Responses from thur customer service team is very laggy. Information they provided me with regarding tracking info and ETA’s was vague.
Transparency is crucial to build trust for repeat business.

Fast shipping and the watches last I’ve almost had it for a year now I bought two different watches and love them! Its easy to adjust the links very classy watches!

The clasp barely stays together the watch Is much thicker It appeared And the face is smaller than expected. Very disappointed. I have other seiko mods that are beautiful.This one not so much.

Lack of communication; I sent multiple emails requesting to return my order within 3 days of receiving my order, but they did not respond to me so I had to initiate a dispute. Over one month has passed and no response, and the 14-day window given to US buyers to return has now passed.

9/29/2025 UPDATE: My money was promptly refunded. The customer service agent I worked with was very courteous and determined to get this resolved. I truly appreciate when a company rights the wrong, and they truly went above and beyond. I'll place another order since I still need the item and due to how promptly and professionally they dealt with this mis-hap, I feel confident enough to order again.

I placed an order on September 12th and the order status never went beyond processing. After a couple of weeks I sent an email requesting a status update and was advised they were still working on it. Well, I was finally advised today that the carrier is unable to find the order. So many issues here because this was supposed to be a gift, the date it was to be gifted has passed, and now I have NOTHING! So disappointed and the would have been recipient was pretty disappointed with me. Proactive communication on their part would have been nice. Now I just hope to get my refund. I do not recommend taking a chance on these people!

I recently ordered a beautiful Seiko watch. I love the watch, but the watch doesn’t keep time accurately, I keep having to set the time every time I use the watch. I have tried to contact them several times and the company will not get back to me. Be careful because they will not respond to any emails or hear any sort of customer support.

Great watch for the money.i would say the clasp is the weakest part of the watch (could be more robust, seems cheap), but overall, I'm very pleased.

This is a great watch. It is what I ordered. They delivered on what they promised. The only, small, iss ue I had was the tracking. The web site said the watch was sent out on the 31st of the month. When, in fact, it wasn’t sent out until the 11th of the next month. However, customer service was responsive to my inquiries. I like working with them.

Order was easy to place, shipment time was accurate, and the watch looks phenomenal. It gives a luxury look without an insane price. If you’re thinking about getting one…do it. I’m beyond happy with the way it looks and operates.

Watch seems to be well made. Definitely better than expected. Time will tell if it's good quality. Comes with warranty, hopefully I do not need it. Ordered on 7/24/25. Decided I wanted to change the band one day later, contacted customer service and they updated my order. Received the watch on 8/9/25. Any email sent to customer support was responded to in less than 24 hours.

This is a legit watch company for anybody needing proof. It took about 2 weeks to deliver. The Seiko Mod did not disappoint. For someone who loves a nice watch, I’m glad to add this one to the collection.

The watch is smaller than I thought looks more like a girls watch. What also made me put that score was because when I tried to change the time or date on the watch the little circle came off then I had to put it back. On top of that I had people from the watch company texting me and emailing me telling me to change my review cause it would affect them. I mean yes they were willing to fix the issue I give them that, but at the end of the day its my review my opinion of the watch I got.

I ordered a watch from Neoluxwatch.com more than three weeks ago. After placing the order, I received no shipping update until I followed up several times by email. When I finally got a response, I was told the order had been delayed due to the July 4th holiday and the weekend.

Later, I received a tracking number (LM714341***, but even now it does not work on any tracking platforms like ParcelsApp or 17track. I asked where I was supposed to track it, but no clear answer was given. Instead, I was blamed for allegedly missing an email, which I never received in the first place.

I still don’t have my watch, I can’t track the shipment, and I’ve received no proof that the item was actually dispatched. The whole experience has been slow, unclear, and disappointing. If this is not resolved very soon, I will request a chargeback and report the issue to consumer authorities.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping here by so far. I Will uopdage My review if I get my Watch and it is as I expect.
