Neomachi is my new favorite Branding. Guys and Girls, i was never the guy to buy clothes, especially online but well, tried it out and wasnt disappointed. The Hoodies and Shirts....hmmmmm...god like. Crazy themes, classical themes, for everyone there is something to find. The designs are just too wild🔥 Even when the orders took a little bit more time to be shipped, the support and customer services were really kind and helpful. (Thank you Rosalie and the others as well ;D). Soo nochmal auf deutsch: Mein neues lieblings Branding, bestelle eig nie online aber bei Neomachi kann man wirklich ne ausnahme machen. Der kundenservice und auch die begleitung, bis dass Produkt dann endlich da ist, ist einfach spitzenmäßig. Und die Quälitat der Hoodies und Shirts, mal von den Crazy designs...einfach nur top.

These guys are awesome. Really cool unique designs, and good quality. Their customer support is amazing. We had an issue with the shipper on part of an order and they made the situation right by me very quickly. Can't say enough good things

I have ordered a hoodie from this company, it was expensive. So I was hoping they would be providing a good service. They sent me a T- Shirt, they printed the label as a T-Shirt.

But every email is bounced back as "Address Not Found". I will be doing an indemnity claim against the payment if they dont respond within 24 hours.

Edit: There seems to be an issue with the emails not going through. Had a personal phone call from Rosalie assuring me that a new order is on its way. Changed from a 1 Star to a 3 Star, when this arrives I will change to a 5 star.

Edit 2: Very happy with the follow up customer service, the product has finally arrived and will be a fantastic summer hoody. Apart from the initial issues contacting them, they have followed up on their customer service and have more than redeemed themselves with letting me keep the T shirt that was sent out wrong. I will be ordering from them again with this kind of customer care. 5 Stars.

My order shipped after two weeks and I was not informed it will take that long.

High quality t-shirt, fabric feels comfortable. Print is still perfect after the first five washes, hope it will survive the next years ;)

The tshirts are very good and the graphics are amazing, but the problem is when you have to wash them. You don't have anything that says you at what temperature you have to and the design could ruin

Had to wait quite a while. When it came in though I was impressed by the quality and detail of the print. The rest of the hoodie is fairly basic, but not bad, everything is of a decent quality. The design on it though is fantastic and even after a couple of months has shown zero signs of fading or degrading. My students went wild when I first wore it to class and turned to write on the board, showing the design on the back. They're not the cheapest, but I think overall the price is fair, though they have recently been increased. Just put in the order for a couple of their t-shirts, curious to see if they'll hold up as well overtime.

As the title states, Neomachi is just cool. Designs are amazing, in my case couple of friends/colleagues asked me about these or spontaneously gave a nice feedback. Even my wife, normally keen on very different style of clothing, got herself a shirt. Quality is very good, no change after washing. Forget the quick fashion and tasteless brands, Neomachi is another level :)

Fast delivery, great quality, I love the fit and material (ordered a hoodie) and the print is gorgeous. Will order at Neomachi for sure again :)

Neomachi.com clothing is great quality and I love their designs. Only thing I'd like to see is a distributions center in the UK.

My recent order was approx £150 but I was stung with a £75 customs and clearance charge because the items came from Europe, moving forward I'll have to avoid purchases but if there is ever a distro centre in the UK I'll be buying a ton :)

Amazing! Print is very well done, warm fabric, perfect for summer nights. Ordered size 3XL. Fits very well while sitting in my wheelchair, doesn't get stuck into my wheels. Love the art. Shipping and delivery was trackable and fast as well. (Hachiko hoodie, 3xl, with zipper)

I was looking forward to this delivery.
The print is colourful, however, the T-shirt quality is just very cheap, and the product was not cheap. Saggy neckline and bottom hem and after the first wash it lost all shape.
DISAPPOINTED.

Good products. Good customer service - not the fastest on the planet, but they WILL help you.

side note: if possible order directly from them. at the time of this comment, there are licensed shirt prints on other websites - but those sometimes do not meet the quality standards of neomachi.com - so don't get fooled by cheaper prices or faster delivery outside of neomachi.com

also you might order at least one size larger than you usually do. that was my personal experience.

other than that I can just say positive things right now.
