I would highly recommend this company they full filled the order that the previous owners did not . Their customer service was great they answered all contacts promptly and politely and the sign was delivered within the given time frames and of a high quality

I have not received my order for over 1 year! This company is a pure scam artist. They make these in China and therefore not legally obliged to fulfil orders. Avoid these people like the Covid and never buy from them. The company's support guy EDUARDO is a joke and continuously keeps fobbing me off to avoid delivering my neons or issuing a refund. SCAM COMPANY. THAT IS ALL

I ordered my sign in early November with intentions of getting It before December 21st. I just got It today January 10th. Although It was long than was estimated, I was in contact with their customer service and they were great with responding quickly and politely explained where my order was in the process. They were great and the product is amazing. Built well, lights up the whole room & is light enough to hang without looking junky. Very Sleek and beautiful, would

Placed my order in September 2020 - was promised for months and months that the sign would arrive.
The company went into administration and I was told to contact my bank.

My bank said because it had passed the 120 day visa refund limit there was nothing they could do.

Informed Neon Beach who said they would fulfil the order or refund. Chose a refund and was waiting to hear from them. This was September 2021 - a year after placing my order.

No response for 4 months - absolutely shocking.

RJ at Neon Beach is the most thorough and prompt customer service representative I have had the pleasure of working with. He helped customize a sign with my husband’s logo. He was open to helping work with dimensions different styles of lighting. The sign came within a few weeks of ordering, shipping and production were both super fast! We have received tons of compliments on the sign and have referred many people to your company. Thanks again, the sign exceeded expectations!!

I had an issue with my order which was resolved with in a very generous way. Customer service was polite and attentive. I probably would not have used them had I seen the reviews first but I thought I would post my experience.

This company is fraudulent and I’m disappointed to see they’re still operating. I was refunded the money for a sign by my credit card company.
This is the only way to get money back.
Don’t order anything it really is a scam.
The story about them being taken over by a new company is a standard line they’ve been using and if you look into the details nothing ties up.
Pure scam, make sure you report them because they shouldn’t still be operating.

Only a little delay in the delivery, for the rest everything was perfect (and the neon is so cool!!)

Ordered a sign from them two weeks ago and it was saying it was going to take three weeks so I’m really happy about that.

When I got the sign I noticed that the design was a little off and so I emailed and like that they got in touch back so fast and they where very apologetic about it and refunded %20 of what I paid for.

Love our new sign. Order was very fast and arrived earlier than expected. Throughout waiting time received regular updates. Very well packed. Easy to put up in the wall. Already thinking if ordering another sign. Definitely recommend!

Totally shocking experience from the On the Beach. I actually made my order in December 2019. I have attempted on several occasions to get my money back via various different emails I’ve also contacted my bank but unfortunately was unable to get a refund.

The fact of the matter is I was promised a refund around six months ago via an email that I received this has never been followed up, quite frankly I am disgusted my order was over £300 and I’ve never been compensated for this I even though I bought from what I thought was a reputable company I’m absolutely disgusted in this and seeing the celebrities post things on social media and get a refund yet a normal hard-working person cannot obtain a refund from a company. Whilst you may have rectified your shipping issues which I believe is the reason for you not feeling your orders I’m absolutely disgusted that nobody is ever come back to me and I simply feel completely let down. SO... where do i even begin-
my journey with neon beach has been TRULY bloody frustrating to say the least, i ordered a sign and my BF ordered 2 signs LAST OCTOBER! october 2020... and i still have never recieved my signs or any update, however i wasnt taking this one laying down.

i got through eventually to a woman called 'JAS' The first REAL responce i had and she was very helpful in the sence of responding.

It is now 29.11.21- almost a WHOLE year since all this happened and i recieved a text on my phone from neon beach saying i could get a discount.. A DISCOUNT! i havent even recieved my original items. however i have spoken to a memeber called 'RJ' about getting my original item processed as the company has been taken over by new management SO MAYBE i may finally get mine and my boyfriends items... who knows.

The TWO stars are becuase ive spoken in a whole year to only 2 real people.. if i recieve my items eventually i will come back to mend my review. however not happy at all.

The Service from Neon Beach is outstanding. One Sign was lost and they reproduce it for free again. So we ordered a second Custom Made Shop Logo with changing colors. Bling. We love it and it was fast again.

I purchased a sign a year or more ago when there were lots of bad reviews and trustpilot was inundated with scam alerts. My sign actually arrived fine and has been running perfectly every day for the last year. I put an order in for another one and received it in good time. Communication this time was great as well. It seems they have probably sorted out whatever was going wrong before.
